I went to this Starbucks to purchase a drink and a cookie. I had a drink cup completely full from yesterday that I purchased that was horribly made but I couldn’t return it because of the local weather rain storms etc so I wasn’t turning around and it was late. When I pulled up placed my order and attempted to get them to replace or remake this drink the representative turned and spoke to a manager who first went to make the drink, than came back and said she couldn’t after seeing my race. I asked her for the store manager name she said I am the store manager Meagan. I asked her for the Manager above her name and number she refused his number or email and provided me Jackson. I asked do he have a full name she said I’m not giving you his name look it up. So I replied no problem I know what to do for people who don’t provide the proper customer service. I then asked her for my drink I will pay for it and she stated no I’m not selling you a drink. She refused to sell me a drink because I didn’t accept her being rude because she wouldn’t remake my drink to begin with. When the rep went to one manager she started to make the drink, Meagan stepped in looked at me saw my race and said no we don’t remake drinks. I told her I don’t go to Starbucks daily the weather was bad and clearly the old drink is full but that wasn’t enough. To insult me further to refuse me from purchasing a drink is pure disrespect. I wasn’t yelling raising my voice but I definitely expect respect which I wasn’t given. It’s been known the racial issues with Starbucks this is just another example of a long standing issue with...
Read moreI ordered a Brown Sugar oatmilk coffee and said that I wanted the brown sugar and the oatmilk separated. John immediately said I will make sure it will be made that way, unlike others the last few times who said it is how it's made and then made me the wrong coffee. It was like John knew that I had a few bad expreiences already when I asked for my coffee to be made in that way. That's good customer service. That shows that he's been thinking about his customers. He saved the brand name and keep it as a good brand in my mind.
I looked at his apron which written "10 years partner." I asked and it turnd out that he has been with Starbucks for 12 years. It just that an apron that says 12 years partner isn't available. They're only made in 5 years increments. 5 years, 10 years, 15 years partner and so on.
The long and short of it, every Starbucks store needs a John. He would not be the only one who makes the store looks good but would also show co-workers to do that too. He would be setting a good example. Pay him more and get more members like him for the other locations. I had a few previously bad experiences with Starbucks at other locations and guys like John makes me forget those and still come to the stores. Otherwise, I'd have left and gone to Dunkin'. The returns will be much more then the cost of...
Read moreThis is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I have never written a google review but my experience was so bad today that I just had to. It took 30 minutes in the drive thru after I had ordered, just to get to the window. There were only two cars infront of me and they messed up every persons drink in line. That’s why it took so long because they would give the drink to the people in the car, but then the people would give it right back because it was not the right order. So, when I got closer to the window I knew they would mess up my order because they had gotten the two people in front of me orders wrong. The girl gives me my $9 drink, and of course, after waiting 30 minutes, they got my drink wrong. I asked for an iced chai with cold foam. They forgot the $2 cold foam. So she gives it back to me and I’m driving away to realize I just paid $8 for a glass of milk. They didn’t put any chai in it. So after wasting 40 minutes of my day, I threw out my $9 cup of milk. The girl also had no idea what she was doing. She typed in my order wrong and the lady’s behind me in the drive thru line. I know this because I had my windows down and could see and hear everything happen. I do not recommend this Starbucks to anyone. It was the worst experience I have ever had with...
