I explained to the girl at the counter how I never knew how to order what I’m looking for (iced caramel macchiato, lots of ice, barely any milk). I’ve tried a bunch of different ways of ordering & chatted with a couple baristas at other locations, but never got it right. This girl took the time to think about what the best to order it would be so that I can get it made how I like it in the future. She ended up ringing me up for something that was just what I was looking for (iced dopio espresso w/extra ice, vanilla syrup, caramel drizzle, & some milk). It was great & exactly how I wanted it - lots of espresso flavor with not much milk at all. I’m not one to write reviews for somewhere like Starbucks (Starbucks is Starbucks, you know?). But I’ve been getting an iced dopio espresso the last couple days at other locations & keep thinking of her help. It’s even a whole dollar cheaper than what I normally get, so I wanted to leave a review so the managers know she’s doing a great job!!!

I came in and ordered a Bogo and I mentioned to them that 1 of the other managers allows me to get my Bogo drink on another day because I didn't want both on the same day and she was like. Well, it's not our policy. We just don't do that, so if he wants to do it on his shift, he can do it. But I'm not gonna do that for you. But he should do that I'm not doin it! And I said I guess some people are just nicer than others. And she became very argumentative and very nasty, and on top of that, her co-worker stated to me. After scanning my order in the future, Don't be disrespectful to us and became argumentative after both of them were rude and very nasty and not very friendly in allowing me to just come in and get my second drink on a different day. Read moreBought 3 cake pops (for kids) and got 2 Frappuccino’s for my sister and I. While waiting for the drinks to be made, and all the “little” kids got their cake pops, an employee went on break. While I’m waiting I can see my Frappuccinos sitting there waiting for the topping (choc sauce and a top), but the employees behind the counter were talking to themselves all the while my drinks were sitting there. Then the employee behind the counter made the employee who was on break her drink first while several drinks, not only mine were just sitting there behind the counter. Forget the customers - we mean nothing to these employees! I finally had to ask if someone could finish my drinks. I mean I had a 2yr, 4yr and 5yr old waiting w me.
