Starbucks — Restaurant in Maryland

Came here to get a caramel iced coffee as a birthday reward and this Starbucks is trash. I ordered a caramel iced coffee with extra cream and extra caramel and got some reason they found that confusing. What I was served was extremely bitter, had almost no caramel and very little cream. I got this drink for a birthday reward (mind you it was made wrong). So when I requested a refill she told me that she was unable to do that because it was a birthday reward. She then calls her "team lead" and basically talks him out of giving me a refill by saying "it was an iced coffee with a bunch of stuff in it" and then she says he confirmed she couldn't provide the refill. Is a caramel iced coffee with extra cream a bunch of stuff ? Seems pretty simple. Mind you she lied straight to my face because it is the Starbucks policy to provide free refills of the same drink via the app. I know this for a fact because my cousin manages an actual Starbucks and I've been ordering the same drink for 20 years. Def 1 star experience the drink was made wrong and then she calls someone and talks them out of remaking or refilling the drink. Came in around 10am - staff was not completely setup with everything on counters - staff couldn’t read each other hand writing clearly for add ins on drink - ordered a iced brown sugar oat milk espresso with toffee nut x2 and classic syrup x4 with two extra shots of expresso. My stomach has been hurting all day and this is my normal drink daily. The drink did not taste like it had any classic pump or toffeenut. Let me start by saying I never thought I’d write a Starbucks review. That being said I want to give a big shout out to Noah, he smiled he was very polite! He gave me a pumpkin spice ICED latte recommendation the way he liked. Boy did he make my coffee with love! He had a line full of guests and was fast and did it with a smile! Even to those who in my opinion were a little bit more rude to 1 employee working his hardest. Rare to find such amazing service, hope he gets a raise! Found my new Starbucks go to location!!!
