Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

Visited 7/16/25. Ordered my sub then added the chips and soda at the register. The sign says it's $2.99 to add chips or a cookie + a soda. I noticed their soda fountain is broken. The have a sign that says "Discontinued " taped to it. So be i asked for the combo I asked if it's a fountain soda or bottle. The worker said bottle. One she totaled my order I questioned the charges. She tried to say that's only for the $7.00 meal of the day but the meal of the day is already a meal/combo. I said no the sign is saying $2.99 to add chips and a soda. She then said oh that's with taxes. I asked to see the screen she showed me and it said $3.49. I said that's not after taxes that's the subtotal. She did something then showed me again it said $2.99. I was headed home after a long day and didn't have time to further fool around. I went with it and of course when I pulled my receipt out of the bag it said 3.49 for the combo.

Management: If you're soda fountain is broken, that's your problem. You can't charge customers the up charge for the bottled drink when that is not the price combo price you...

The server was horrible the first time I went to this Subway the lady claimed that they didn't have flat bread when there clearly was flatbread in the storage area. The second time I came I brought my grandparents with me to ask for the same meal which included flat bread I asked for a footlong with flatbread and she replied "we stopped using flatbread to make footlong sandwiches" I went online to see if what she said was true and it was FALSE!!!! And they have a paper glued to the glass telling you that you can have flatbread to create an footlong sandwich.

Absolutely disgusted! Found 2 different textures of hair in one of my sandwiches, 6 inch tuna flatbread. Ended up throwing all of the food away after this. The manager needs to enforce a serious hair net policy in this place, one for facial hair and one for the employees head. It was hard enough to find this location with lack of signage and congested parking due to the garage and gas station its connected to. Then to get home and find this is absolutely sickening. For your own health and safety, I do not recommend visiting...
