I went to Starbucks on 4/22/23 to complain about a drink they made wrong on 4/21/24. I asked for light ice and they gave me a full cup of ice. I did not realize it until I was almost done. When I returned to the store about 1:00 on 4/22/24 with pictures of the mistake. The manager told me their was nothing she could do. I should have called and came back. I did not know about the call policy, and I was on my way to an important business meeting. I go to that Starbucks everyday, and I spend on average about 15.00 to 20.00 a day. I know an expensive habit. I told the manager about how much I spend and that if she was not willing to correct the matter, I would never return. She said okay. She would not fix the matter. I left without argument. I can take my money, which could pay a persons weekly salary, somewhere else. I called the corporate office who gave me a credit. Read moreI tend to go through the drive through and their drinks are a little less potent when going through the drive through also the service could be better. There is little basic politeness in some of the employees that work the window. Statements that I deem less than polite, "you need to order a venti next time". This was in response to me asking for the rest of my drink when I used a personal cup. I ordered a trenta sized drink, the personal cup was 24oz. I assumed that they give you the extra, they don't. Another incident, I put in an order online. Pulled up to the drive though minutes after receiving notification that the drinks were done. I said - "Hi, I'm picking up an order." The employee says, "stop at the drive through next time." I say, "this is the drive-through". She say, "the order window and tell them you're here." Ok, will do. Improvements...
Read moreI had a bad day and decided to get a coffee at this location. I’ve asked for a caramel macchiato with drizzled caramel inside the cup. When the lady handed it to me, the coffee didn’t taste like coffee at all, but more like water. Make the story short, this lady who decided to help the gentleman was so rude when I told her that the coffee didn’t have any taste but water. The lady who served me the coffee is rude and she’s not very friendly at all. This is not the first time I have had bad service in this location. I think, Starbucks needs to rethink who to hire in this type of chain. This chain expects people who are friendly with great personalities. The customer is what’s paying these rude employees.
