Yesterday, I went to the Taco Bell on Indian Head Hwy in MD and decided to split the cantina chicken burrito which costed $6.56. We decided that we wanted another one today (6/26) and purchased one in Waldorf MD for $8.47. I do not think it’s fair for a business to charge different prices depending on the location. The cantina chicken burrito in the Waldorf location barely had meat in it. We live too far and it was too hot to return the meatless burrito. The Indian Head location was perfect. You could taste meat throughout the burrito. We never received a receipt at either location but of course it shows up on our credit card statement. When we asked the drive thru guy about the difference in pricing, he told us that we needed to take that up with corporate just for asking him why the difference in the price and thus why I am writing this review to let the consumers be aware of pricing and the difference in what you are actually getting. I do not eat fast food that often, but I know that other franchises have the same price. As proof, please see attached credit card statement. LET THE BUYER BEWARE!

If I could give negative 10 stars I would. Decided to order from here via door dash since I had a credit, and usually I receive fast service with this location, however, as you can see from the pic, the experience was very unsatisfactory! Called the night manager who refused to give his name, which I will find out by the way soon, in which he stated it was not his problem that his workers gave me a breakfast burrito, and not a steak burrito combo which I ordered through the app. No accountability taken on behalf of his workers, as a manager he did not practice conflict resolution considering the complete order was wrong. Door dash did not make the food, your workers did! They need to shut down this location because it’s ongoing issues, bad service, children as managers, and bad attitudes when calling to address the problem. I will gladly be reporting him to corporate to inform them of the back and forth arguing the manager did with a customer.

So I always have an issue every time I come back and give this location another chance since they are literally down the street from my home. So, on todays episode of visiting the Smallwood Taco Bell. I went through the drive through and ordered 2 hard tacos and a Pepsi. My order came to $7.07. I gave the young lady $10.07 - i received $2.93 back in change - the only complaint/advice I have today is to make sure these young people know how to count actual money. Not just punch a button on a register. It’s really sad how many times this has happened especially with younger cashiers. I can’t imagine how much money these stores are losing just by hiring people old enough to work but not educated enough to count dollars and cents.

I should not even give them 1 star.as my drive thru cashier was extremely rude. Hiram W listed as my cashier on my reciept asked me to wait at the drive thru speaker while.she cleared out the drive thru line. Instead of continuously taking orders. I agreed so.she could clear her line. I placed my order and had an offer on my phone for 10% off offer which wasn't good at the time I ordered per her supervisor. I gladly paid for my meal which I had requested tomatoes, and lettuce added to the four steak flatbread sandwiches. She rushed me after I paid. I didn't appreciate this as I waited for her while in line. I told her to hold on as I attempted to put away the change in my wallet while she reached out with my drink which I requested with no ice which she.didn't top off..She immediately got an attitude and ignored me while she stacked up customers behind me in the drive thru. I waited for about 7 minutes and she came back to the drive thru window. I refused to be rushed so I checked my order. She put hot sauce when I requested 8 mild sauces only. I had to ask her to top.off my drink and took my time as I verified everything was correct this time. She provided "PISS POOR SERVICE !" I will no.longer patronize this location. Look at the Flatbread Sandwich which is "STEAK LESS" $15/hr a joke She doesn't...

Although the food and drinks seemed fine, this is a location we will never return to. The lobby is in full disarray. During a pandemic one would expect a food establishment to have clean tables, chairs, counters, and floor, but this location is greatly lacking in cleanliness. We noticed both trash and food on the floors in the lobby; behind the counter too, but that's more expected. The lobby itself is completely worn out and desperately in need of a renovation. The swivel seats no longer naturally turn forwards. The actual purple plastic seats are a variety of cracked and/or discolored throughout the lobby. When sitting down we noticed the seats made cracking noises and no we're not 250 lbs. The cream color of the seat backs were visibly dirty; if they were wiped down with any kind of regulatory it would be obvious. The serious neglect in both cleanliness and repair of the lobby leads one to question the quality of the food leaving the kitchen. One would think in a time of Covid efforts would have been stepped up to protect customers.

We will never be back unless: 1. A renovation occurs, and 2. They get new management who actually care about the location.

There's another, much cleaner, location nearby we will continue to give...
