Bangin Fish and Chicken — Restaurant in Maryland

Thank you Bangin Fish &Chicken for making my Aunt's day. I'm in TN  and she's in Cantonsville MD and I'm always looking for good places which deliver to her residence at a Nursing Home. First time I heard, "DELICIOUS!" AND to boot, Farah, the manager called me to find out if Aunt Shirley is happy.  How often does that happen? Never! And, the Door Dash driver took special care to deliver it well. ( I don't subscribe to DD, but one can order on website either way. And I thank Bangin for allowing that.) Ordering on their site is beautifully orchestrated.  So easy. Ordering food for anyone is always a treat and when Shirley says that "now I have something to look forward to," music to my ears. Can't wait to order again and since shrimp was excellent will try chicken. Shirley went crazy over coleslaw and wants to be sure to get bigger size. She said onion rings delicious too. I am very upset with how my purchase just went, number one, I called in a large order because I was ordering for my students, I ordered 60 pieces of wings, a pan of fries, and a gallon of tea. When I asked for cups, he said he can only give me a maximum of five, but I just spent $100 in there. And if I got a smaller meal, I would have paid for the cup and got the drink with the cup, but if you get the drink separately, you can’t have the cup is what it seems like. I will never order a big order from here again. The food was not ready when I got there, which is exactly why I called it in, pretty disappointed, and their customer service was not nice. I will add, though, their food deserves four stars! But when you are dining out, it is about the entire experience, and their customer service was lousy, and their customer combination was lousy. Hip Hop Chicken doesn’t stand a chance against Banging Fish and Chicken!! Seriously! My first time here I got the pick any two deal (2 Chicken Breast and a half of pound of Catfish nuggets), fries, coleslaw and sauces were included! The Chicken is fresh, juicy and crispy! The catfish was just as good too!!

A few days later I returned and got the pick any three deal! It was so much food that I was able to share the pan of chicken, catfish nuggets & crispy fries with my girlfriend!!

My first visit was with a very nice woman that assisted us, it was super busy and the phones were ringing off the hook but she handled everything like a boss!!

The Second time that we came, Omar helped us out! Omar’s customer service skills are top notch he went above and beyond with meeting the needs of myself plus the other customer’s that were there too!!
