Subway — Restaurant in Maryland

This place gets Zero stars! if this was a representation of the company, they would be broke! I placed a mobile order for pick up, I went to pick it up and they told me they never got the order and wanted me to pay for it again, the Indian lady working, was yelling that she couldn't do anything and when I asked her to please not yell, she said she was yelling bc the screen was in front of both of us. I asked to speak to the manager and at first she said I couldn't, and wanted me to send her my order through email, which made no sense. I finally got her to call the manger who said that they couldn't do anything bc it wasn't there fault, even though I have a confirmation email, He explained to me that I needed to reach out to corporate. I called a couple hours later and again the lady (yelling) now told me that the system was down in the morning and now it was up. I proceeded to ask if I could still pick up my order and she hung up on me. I called back and she told me she was too busy to talk to me and that she didn't have time for me. I explained to her that I had not heard back from anyone and that if she could at least provided me her name and managers number or even his name and she told me she didn't know her own name or his and was not gonna give me his number or any way I could reach him. She kept cutting me off saying that she was busy and that I wasn't a costumer, and had the nerve to ask me if I shouldn't be busy myself and then she said she was leaving home. In conclusion there was no resolution and very poor costumer service. I kept my composure and still felt nothing was done! Be...

I will NEVER patronize this location again! I come here all the time. I order party platters for big events frequently. The clerk today was disrespectful. I went in to order a meatball marinara. I noticed that they didn't have mozzarella so I asked for provolone. BEFORE she put it in the toaster, I asked if they had mozzarella. She showed me that they had it hidden in a different location. I told her, I would prefer mozzarella. She said she didn't want to take the provolone off. She put it in the toaster anyway. At checkout, I told her I really wanted mozzarella not provolone. She said they would be out of $$$ if they threw out the cheese. I let her know that I'm not going to pay my money for something I didn't really want. I informed them that I didnt want it and proceeded to leave. After words from the clerk and manager, I told them I will no longer patronize this location. As I was leaving out she said, "My business will do fine without you." Very disrespectful! I will be sure to let my friends and family know not to patronize...

The middle-aged/elderly lady there was very rude. She looked like she never wanted to see me nor my siblings there. Like, ma'am, I'll gladly leave??? And when my older sister had to go use the bathroom, she was like 'Why didn't you say hi when you walked in' well maybe because you give her a stink eye every damn time she does. However, do not be mistaken; There is a very kind gentleman that knows my order by heart, and he is very kind to me, my sister, and my brother. He always looks happy to see us there.
