If you don't like your job, find a different one. Don't take your frustrations out on your customer base, because THEY are your lively hood. They're the ones who make it so you have a paycheck. If a customer points out something wrong, don't argue with them. Correct the issue and move on. Formulas are there for a reason. Use them. To top it off they lock their bathrooms and than deny their customers the restroom, which is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. I believe it’s unsanitary to not wash your hands before handling food including my own so why deny a customer the restroom? Regardless both female and male employees are literally just there to clock in and clock out they have no interest whatsoever in making your order right or even showing kindness to customers until they blow up around them.
