Ordered 2 smoothies plus quesadilla to go. When I arrived home, and took a sip realized the smoothies were not the right ones ordered by me. Tried calling store, but no one picked up phone.Traveled back to store to exchange. The staff at first didn't believe me.They asked what kind of smoothies they were which I had no idea. Good thing I had my receipt. I advise others to get a receipt because they only give you one if you say you want it.They finally realized they gave me the wrong order. Then Yasmine mixed the right order and put it aside for the other employees to make it when they were done with what they were doing. I am not sure why she just didn't finish it herself- I did have to waste 30 minutes of my time driving back and forth. If they were nice and apologized that they made a mistake when I first arrived, I would have felt better. Another woman in line explained to them, it would be nice if they apologized. I asked for the manager, and they said they wasn't one there today. Customer service is so important when you eat out. The employees present today in the store that took care of me need to learn how to respond to a customer when they have made a mistake. Why do they ask for my name if they don't write it on my cup? The wrong order could be deadly to a person with life threatening allergies. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but please acknowledge it next time with an apology. A customer should not be the one telling you that you should apologize. "I'm sorry"...
Read moreService has declined over last year, it's a shame a very popular local business. Never have enough staff, especially on weekends. Food and smoothies are great, and my kids love them, but wait times even after using the app and pre-order are terrible and have gotten worse.I worry about food and cleanness issues now with staffing issue. I hope I am wrong and just have had several bad experiences.
With such a good location right next to a college, they can't /won't find more staff. Staff that work their try there best and do a good job.
EDIT: 10/2020- Decided to give them another try, online order via app, still no clear place to pickup online order, after waiting in pickup area for someone to ask if I needed help...I got in line and asked for my order...15 min after placing order and waiting in line... Online ordering is supposed to speed up process WTH is up with this store...

Read moreFirst time visit. I walk in and clearly the young employees see me before they head to a back room. They are talking loudly like they're on lunch break. I waited nearly 5 minutes for someone to come to the front. Eventually two customers came in behind me, so we all stood there waiting.
First, why was no one at or near the register when I walked in? They had like 4 employees and it's only 2 registers?? Better yet, why is no one up front? Finally, a young girl comes to the register. No "Sorry for the wait." I ask for the strawberry shortcake smoothie and she says "You can only order that online." Blank stare and thinking: So I have to whip my phone out to place an onine order for a smoothie while I am standing in front of you placing an order?? It wasn't her policy but it made absolutely no sense to me.
