If I could give this location zero stars, I would. The manager today Thursday 8/8/24 @ 5:26pm Who's name starts with a K ( so he said he wasnt wearing a badge) , has no customer service etiquette. I came through the drive through ordered a meal and an order of Chilli cheese fries. After receiving my drink, and waiting at least 5 minutes for my food I was handed my bag and I tried a fry, it was cold. I then asked how long for fresh fries and was told some were just dropped I then asked for my chlli cheese fries to be remade as well. I pulled over in parking lot to wait an additional 5 minutes. The young man came out with no bag and told me they wouldn't remake my fries because they were fresh. I gave the young man a fry and asked him is this how their fresh fries felt. He then admitted no they were not. I then asked for a refund and the manager and was told he would go and see about a refund. I went in myself instead and spoke with the manager and aske for my fries to be remade fresh. He told me no and explained that it had been his decision to not remake my order because he claimed they were fresh. I could see on there line that they had fries sitting over the oil and not in the fries location. I could see from the register that they were old as well. I asked fir a refund. My refund was given but in all 40 yrs of my life I have never had a store manager tell me that my food could not be remade. In customer service you are supposed to service your customer. No the customer is not always right but in instances like this you are to help them. If you plan on going to this Wendy's I'd advise you to save your money and somewhere else during this man shift.. Read moreThe worst slowest drive thru....I had eight cars in front of me and they actually took one customer every 7 to 10 minutes...I got in the drive thru at 10:10pm and didn't get through the end until 10:53pm......After they took my money they said they didn't have all my food and they also didn't have condiments after saiding what was available when taking my order!!! Big sign say Grand Opening on MARCH 25TH....they should have waited until then to open up and concentrate on better management at night and more training for the employees The entire night crew is young they're standing around on cellphones while emptying the frosty machine which was a Asian young lady while holding her cellphone and scrolling through it.... Another young man on his cellphone No type of discipline at all for the young staff.....Cellphone usage was there main concern!! I Pray it gets better because that was absolutely ridiculous and unbelievable at the same time.... Be a good example for our youth and teach them the correct way because what I witnessed tonight March 20th 2023 @10:15pm was bad all the way around period...... The young man that was in charge with the earpiece in his ear wearing glasses at the second window where you pick up your food was not trained properly and just throned to the wolves without the proper training....If another manager person was there on duty tonight 3/30/23 they definitely was somewhere hiding in the office not giving a damn what was going on...
Read moreEDIT: Changing my review to a 3. MUCH better than it used to be months ago, last year. No personal phone calls as far as I can tell, less children and less terrible service, but it could still be better (melted frosties and wrong toppings). Thank you!!
ORIGINAL REVIEW: Usually pretty lenient about reviews, but this place is run by a bunch of kids that are on personal phone calls while talking to customers, forgetting items all over the place, and they're generally just ghetto and incompetent. It's sad but it isn't gonna change.
I remember ordering around 9 on the app, their lobby was closed due to low staff. I went to the drive thru, no answer. Went around to the window, told them I had an order and they literally laughed at me before throwing it all together and sending me away. Children. And that's not even the worst of their service.
You bet some of the paid reviews are gonna say 4-5 stars and good service/food, though. Always...
