Nice new building, terrible management, unappetizing food. I was lured in by the coupons in the mail and the new strawberry frosty. I got home too late to cook, so I decided to treat myself to a burger and fries. First, the line was wrapped around the building. I thought that was good sign if ppl loved the food, but I realized later that it was an indication of unattentive staff. I had a coupon for free fries, so I decided to splurge on the Bourbon Bacon Burger. Got to the first window and paid. All good there. Got to the second window and waited. When a young lady came to the window with two huge lemonade drinks, I shook my head. She asked, "What did you order?" That should have been my red flag. I started telling her, and she finished my sentence...Ok, so you know. As I waited again, I saw all these teenagers bunched up around the window, very purposelessly. Didn't look like they knew who needed to handle what to keep the line moving. Since I was waiting all that time, I was confident that I would be rewarded with nice, hot, salty fries. After several mins of my frustration, a young man rushed to the window and promptly handed me two bags. I knew I should have checked, but I was hangry and drove off. When I got home, ready to dig in, I noticed two separate meals in each bag. Fries cold. Chicken nuggets? I opened one wrapper and the burger was NOT my burger. Opened the second wrapper, and there was a chicken sandwich! MAD, I immediately called them. Do you think anyone answered? I decided to try the burger, but it was a pure waste of calories. I put the rest of the meal in the fridge, determined to go in person the next day to tell the manager. I went a little after the lunch rush so I could have full attention. Again, line wrapped around the bldg, but the inside was basically empty. As I waited for the customer in front of me to finish her order, I stood back to observe the chaos. It was just like last night, except this time it seemed that a manager was in the store. When it was my turn, I told the cashier that I'm returning last night's order, and she laughed and said, "You're returning food from last night?" YES, I am. I guess she saw the seriousness on my face b/c she immediately got serious. I told her I wanted what I paid for, minus the terrible fries. As I explained my situation, one of the ladies from the night before (the same one who tried to hand me two lemonades) mentioned that one of the guys walked out and left his shift that night, so he could have caused the mix up. To my surprise, the "manager" said, "Yeah, he's been known to do that." Ummmm...really? You know this is a persistent problem that is affecting your business, and you still employ this guy? They handed me a replacement meal with no further questions. Unfortunately, when I finally tasted the burger, it was NEVER worth it! Disgusting! That was when I decided that I don't need to patron this...
Read moreI very rarely review and when I do it's almost exclusively positive. Folks I'm in disbelief. I pull up and there are just a few cars in front of me. The line didn't move for about 20 minutes so I accept my part of the blame here. A sane person would have left. Well, I didn't. I spotted the workers hanging out outside, one arguing with a customer who was irate she spent 45 minutes in line and got the wrong order. Lady must be exaggerating, right? Nope. I get to the point of no return beyond the curb so I'm in it now. When I finally got to the speaker to order I pulled my stop watch (I'm a coach, not a fast food talent evaluator I promise) out. It had already been 30+ minutes so I was curious now. I sat in silence in front of the speaker for a little over 5 minutes before a voice said a singular word: "Wendys". I ordered my burger with cheese and ketchup only, I just can't stand onions/mustard. I repeated that request and saw it reflected on the screen. Success. Another 26 minutes later the line moved two spots and I was able to pay. No one there. I look in hoping the place isn't being robbed or something. Couple people hanging out, sipping drinks and playing on their phones. The place is being robbed all right, just not as I'd imagined. I finally pay and another 6 or 7 minutes after that I get my food. I start to pull out and see that now the line is so long its literally blocking the drive through exit and the line is side by side in some places. Checking my time I see that I'm pushing an hour. For drive through, with just a few cars in front of me. I has to do what I could- I went car to car and let them ALL know. Most thanked me and drove away. One poor woman was with door dash and was so upset, I feel for her. Some looked at me like I was crazy, just as I had done to the distressed woman who wanted the right order. I'm think about those people now as I eat my cold fries. Just the fries though, because you know that burger had mustard and onions. I don't know who the owner of this place is but boy do you have...
Read moreThe experience was bad from the very beginning. I arrived at the drive-thru speaker and waited a minute and then softly spoke "Hello" someone loudly exclaimed "ONE SECOND" a few moments pass. Then I was asked what can i get you. I ordered my meal and had a question on size with alterations. At no point did the young lady acknowledge that she heard my modifications. She says "that it?" I say yes she says "pull around" I get to the window she yells the total never acknowledging me. I ask "How's your day and are you okay?" She says "I am perfect and I am having a great day." I said oh okay, you seem up--" she interrupts by talking over me and says "Total is whatever it was and said I am amazing." Very loudly and sarcastically. She hands me my change. window slams she never thanked me and returned and says "I' waiting on wedges, can you pull around." There was no one behind me, my drink wasn't offered to me I asked around where she signals "handicapped" I wait for my meal for about 6-7 additional mins. It is wrong. No sugar, or cream and bacon was added to my meal. I do not eat pork. I asked for my sandwich to be replaced. Which I don't believe it was. So I did not eat it. I feel like my food was tampered with. I felt awful for the Latino lady who had to bring the meal because she had to go back twice for things. My receipt says "Marayna" and if that was that young lady that took my order, and was very rude and short with me she doesn't deserve her job. Her attitude is piss poor and if you hate your job she should not be there. She is a bad representation for your store and the company as a whole. Too early in the morning for an attitude. I was patient I was kind, I was genuinely concerned about her well being. At no point was she receptive, polite, personable she was short, blunt, aggressive, ill mannered, and clearly upset I was in there ordering with...
