Yo Java Bowl Café — Restaurant in Maryland

My husband, son, and I stopped here to grab lunch. It is easy to find, and there is s plenty of convenient parking. The atmosphere is inviting and the young lady who took our order was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store itself is cozy, with a mix of tables as well as a seating area with comfy furniture, complete with an acoustic guitar ready to be played with while orders are being prepared. The entire place-including the restrooms-is sparkling clean. We got our food and EVERYTHING was so delicious and fresh. Welcoming spot with warm vibes and atmosphere. There's a fireplace with some comfy chairs, even an acoustic guitar to play a little if you feel inclined. We got a grilled cheese for the kids, as expected on the cheese blend, though the bread was better. Coffee drinks of a cappuccino and vanilla latte were delicious, not overly sweet on the latte. 🤯Impossible to exaggerate how bad service, delivery of timely product & indignantly behaved staff was this past Saturday(8/17/24).

One of our party had to ask for their money back because they had to leave after waiting more than forty minutes for a breakfast bagel. Staff was glaring at us as if we were unreasonable to expect our orders in a timely fashion & appeared to be using their "social media" sensibilities going about their work.
