Just don't go here. Go to El Jefe. We decided to check this place out as it has been open for a while now and figured they would have all the kinks worked out. We were wrong. We arrived at 4pm hoping for a happy hour. The answer is no. First of all it took nearly 15 minutes for a server to acknowledge our existence. We almost got up and walked out. We had the Margaritas to drink and they were OK. For an appetizer we had the guacamole. We had to add salt to give it any flavor. We also got the empanadas. These were also bland and dry. We had to drown them in sauce to get any flavor. The server was now trying to rush us after taking their sweet time getting to us to start with. They would come every couple of minutes asking us to put entree orders in even before we got the appetizers. We finally ordered a couple of Chimichangas I got the Diablo, my wife got the carne asada. The food was again very bland and needed help. I searched my chimi for the shrimp it was supposed to contain. It was nearly non existent. We got 2 drinks each, the appetizers and entree and it cost us $120. That is ridiculous. The meal and service we got was worth no where near $120. We could have had the same food at El Jefe in happy hour for half the price and...

OH MY STARS! This place blows everone away! My husband never gets excited over food - and Tex-Mex even less so. This was something he said was DA BOMB and I wholeheartedly agree!
He had the Classic Burrito with carnitas. I had the Fajita-Dilla with chicken. We also got the following (the flavor, presentation, and quality for everything was amazing!)
Chips: light, thin, not greasy Salsa: perfect balance of heat Queso: smooth, creamy, DELICIOUS Guac: wow - almost sweet Side of carne asada: flavor was to die for! (though it was a tad overcooked - but that could be carryover cooking during the delivery).
Desert-Churro cariveno … looks incredible, but at the moment we are STUFFED and literally cannot eat another bite.
Not cheap - but good lord, I can’t remember enjoying Mexican this much in I can’t remember how long. And none of the food quality suffered for it being delivery like EVERY OTHER TIME we order takeout.
You have GOT to try these guys out and THEY HAVE GOT TO STAY OPEN! We will be back...
Read moreWe ate in the dinning area and had an excellent experience. Hostess said hello immediately with a smile and we were seated within a minute or two. Comfy booth table, the decor was very fun with an indoor tree and beautiful glass decorations. The wall paintings or decals were fun as well. Service was top notch server, food runner, all worked together each time asking if we needed anything. We enjoyed the meal greatly we never had to wait, drinks and food were prompt and they were busy. I'm impressed. We had the queso, chips and salsa and house margaritas to start things off. Followed by a chicken chimichanga that was hot, crispy, and full of flavor. The small dab of guacamole that was on the side of my plate was fresh. I'm definitely going to order their guacamole to try next time we visit for an appetizer. My husband had 2 tacos that were made with flour Tortilla, then folded with a crispy corn shell , and stuffed with ground beef, and one chicken taco. Excellent! Finished the meal with the flan for something light and sweet. A definite place we will return to very...
