Chick-fil- a was busy as usual. Everything runs great and employees are efficient and polite. We left the line with our food and pulled in the parking lot to eat. My husband got a spicy deluxe and I got a #1. Neither sandwich was a deluxe so my husband went to the door and knocked (covid times) and one of the curbside runners came out and asked to see both sandwiches. (I was eating mine in the car) so he came back and got mine too. That's so weird to need to see both. So the manager came out (why does a manager need to come out for one sandwich? ) He politely said we can bring you out lettuce and tomato if you like or remake the sandwich. Since it was getting cold my husband asked for a new one. He pointed at our car and the manager said he'd make a new one and bring it out. TWENTY minutes later nothing. My husband goes back to the door, the manager brings it out a couple minutes later. "Sorry about that". Polite but at this point profuse apologies and a gift card would have been much more appropriate. Chick fil a fails so rarely, it's like they don't know how to apologize and keep business. I get a mistake, it's totally normal. No biggie. But to bring a manager into a simple wrong sandwich order and a 20 minute wait should have been reconciled with...
Read moreI finally tried Chick-fil-A a few weeks ago and I’ve already been back 4 times. The line might be super long but the employees really work hard at speeding up the process (taking orders while you’re in line). I’ve been ordering chicken strips, fries, macaroni, and sometimes a cookie. The portions are big enough to where my boyfriend and I split the chicken strip meal and each get a side of macaroni, both of us are full after (and have some left for later). Everything here is next level delicious. The food being cooked in peanut oil honestly makes such a difference. Even the coke taste better than most places. A lot of restaurants seem to water down the soda to where it taste weird, but not here! The macaroni and cheese is also incredible. Each time there’s a little burnt cheese on top that makes it taste even better. I quit eating at most fast food places but this place is too good for me to avoid. Lastly, the prices are very fair. I expected a higher price range but was pleasantly surprised. I’m honestly sad I didn’t give this place a chance sooner. All in all, I 100% recommended treating yourself to some...
Read moreI'm from the South and this place was my favorite on Earth so when I find a local one I jumped at the chance to stop by. I have never been so disappointed in my life🥺 I don't give bad reviews usually but like this was just the worst These sandwiches are known for the chicken.. the thing that makes it special is a pickle brine, welp apparently they don't do that up here cause this chicken was just plan chicken..no pickle brine! Y'all just crushed my soul!! So that was really the nail in the coffin, but y'all it didn't end there..I ordered the gluten free bun, and they charged me $1+ extra and literally just sent me the chicken and two pickles in a bowl..no bun..not the extra pickles I requested or the bun I paid for. Anyway after going back through the 30 min line to get my bun for my cold sandwich, the bun was soooo gross. Why does it taste like Maple syrup?? Sooooo cold, non briney meat..maple syrup bun and two sad pickles..I just can't!! WHERE was the toasted bun smothered in Mayo and pickles with That thick juicy , briney meat??? Why, why ,why?? Ok I'm done. Just...
