We ordered twice from this location. One was fine, the girl at the counter was nice enough but we walked in for the pickup to her (I'm assuming) boyfriend, groping her.. that was awkward. And the wing were literally swimming in sauce. When you flavor wings, you flavor them, not drench them. If I had known that this location used double the wing weight in sauce, I would have ordered plain with that sauce as a side.. The second was a delivery. Everything came on time, (so the delivery people were awesome!) but we had 2 pizzas, one cheese for my husband and one pepperoni for me. The pepperoni had LITERALLY no sauce. I called about it and he said that's how it came in from the online app. Not entirely their fault but all he offered was that we could buy an additional pizza, full price and pay ANOTHER delivery charge. This was a $20 order, after the tax and delivery charge, and I tipped him 20%, I'd spent $30 and half the order was entirely wrong. I've worked at a pizza place before, and when we got strange orders online, we called to verify any weirdness. I don't expect that necessarily but when the app changes something that I didn't touch (sauce amount) you would think the location would try and remedy the situation. Was not the case. Even though this is one of the few delivery pizza places, we will not order from here again! They do not care about customer service or customer retention so bye bye...
Read moreHad a "not so good" experience tonight, and had to call in to cancel my order, which went bad during the phone call... But things were made right with my girlfriend while picking it up, so don't want to get anyone in trouble. I worked in the food industry for many years, I understand it gets frustrating, especially with a-hole customers, and I appreciate YOU making it right, even after our "not so good" conversation. I've never had an issue here before, and like I said, I understand things happen, all I wanted was something to rectify the situation, my kid was at home hungry, and for a pizza to be "lost" and nothing offered upset me. I tried to be pleasant on the phone, and I'm sorry if I wasn't, but thank you for making it right. When I told my son we wouldn't be having pizza, he cried, so honestly, I do appreciate it and will return. We all get full of emotions sometimes, just like I did with my Google review I almost posted before my girlfriend texted me the final result. I'd just like to say thank you and to keep your head up, sorry if I seemed not nice, and I hope your day...
Read moreOrdered from Domino's tonight and very displeased with the service! Two items we ordered were wrong, I called the store immediately once the food was delivered and we noticed the mistake. I was told that it would be an hour and a half wait to get one of the replacement items( the other we said we would deal with it being wrong). While on the phone, I was placed on hold three separate times; once for over 7 minutes, and spoke with a manager who was extremely rude! She didn't want to take responsibility for the mistakes and didn't want to rectify the problem( when she was the one who supposedly checked the items before they left the store(per the tracker)). Finally after being on the phone for 15 minutes she decided that she could get the replaced/corrected item to us in 25 minutes(which she did), but was not happy about having to fix the mistake she made. The only reason they are getting one star is because the delivery driver was friendly and understanding about having trouble finding our home. Needless to say we will not be ordering from this...
