Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Marysville

I'm not a big fan of this location. We had to wait, not exaggerating, for 5 minutes while the Barista was in a long conversation with who was clearly a friend of hers. I'm only counting the time AFTER the lone drink was put in the handoff tray. We thought they were waiting on more drinks, nope, just conversation. She was the only Barista, so our drink didn't get started until after we pulled up to the window.

Another recent visit, there was an extremely long line, only one Barista. He was very nice and apologized for the wait but the issue was he was moving at a snail's pace, not even a normal slow. I feel like they need better training and supervision here to know how to increase efficiency and be professional.

Lastly, they ask for a tip every single time. It's just awkward and unprofessional to ask for a tip from every single customer on every order. I do tip, but every single visit to pay at least 1.00 extra for your drink is a bit rediculous, especially considering my experience with...

Not a single trip to this location has been less than stellar! Whether it's a team member taking your order in line, or the one who takes your money/gives you your order at the window, seriously - expect to receive truly excellent customer service. Warm smiles, actual eye-contact, answers to questions you might have about the menu. The team inside are always joking & laughing with each other - it's obvious the fun atmosphere comes from a great environment to work in. I promise you, their enthusiasm & positive energy flows out the window & into your car & you'll leave with a smile! And if you don't...something might be wrong with you...

Ps...it's hard to believe coffee could be that much better at one place than another, but here it truly is. The coffee drinks here are always delicious. And believe me, I wouldn't joke...

I've known of this location but usually go to the Everett one. We were in Marysville at 8 am this morning and decided to come here since we were close. There was a sign at the entrance that said there were no runners and to expect a long wait, but there was no one in line. We got up to the window and all the bright lights were on, but no one came up to the window. While we were waiting another car came into the lot. We waited for a bit thinking maybe someone was in the back grabbing something, but no one showed up. Almost three and a half hours after their open time and they couldn't turn off the lights or put a paper on the window saying they were closed? Pretty unprofessional for a big corporation. We decided to go to the green star on our way home and we continue to go to the Everett location...
