this place will not back the product that they sell. he is in the business to take your money. will not be in business very long if you don't take care of the people that keep your doors open. next stop is the bad review on BBB. i will not support small business if they don't know that the customer is right. RESPONSE he did not come out to check codes. if he would have done that this would have never come to this. the tech in ca said the unit is bad . that was trouble shot over the phone. i asked him to get the trouble shooting guide and i would show him but he was dead set on stating that my speaker wire was grounding out. unit has a code for that problem and it was not showing it. the way this guy treats his customers tells me that he will not be in business very long. when someone is wrong human nature response is to try to point the finger at the person that that is making him look like an idiot. i have been repairing cars, buses, big rigs, boats longer than he has been alive. i have degrees in automotive repair.i KNOW how install a SIMPLE stereo. all the guy wants is your money and he wants to make it fast..enter at your own risk......... drove by and no cracked window. again see above about human nature.. learn some people skills. this is number 1 if you want to succeed... enough said...after 3 times in the kenwood shop they found a...

Unfortunately, I cant seem to give this place a better rating. The moment I walked in the door I notice not everything had a clearly marked price on it so I couldn't compare with other places around. I went in for a new stereo which I did find for what I thought was a reasonable price, but after taking it home did a quick price match with other people around in the area. I was floored that most other places were charging $100-$130 for a stereo I just forked out $200 for. I wouldnt be so mad about the price if they had a price match, which they say quote "We strive to beat our competion, in prouct pricing and quality of installation." (This is taken right off there website... Even the spelling errors)

Had a terrific experience. Went in before the holidays and asked about some car alarm options. The gentleman behind the counter was very professional, personally and polite. Came back a month later and decided to have a car alarm installed. Dropped it off early in the morning and got a call that it was done and ready a few hours later. The shop went over all the features and gave me a step by step easy to follow walk through. After I left I had some questions and had hoped to get some programming changed. Went back in and they took care of it immediately. It was impressive! The installation was clean, the price was great and the service was excellent. Can't say enough about this place. Even had some audio questions and was given some advice/suggestions on my current setup. So happy to have found a new one stop car electronic shop. Car Toys is a joke. Keep up the great work Audio Lab!...
