Absolutely F A N T A S T I C SERVICE from Angelese. Top notch assistance. She was patient and perceptive when I told her I was hard of hearing. She certainly did an excellent job telling me what I needed to ask Straight Talk customer service reps when I got through. Straight Talk just ran me through the wringer, first saying they would stop my service after verifying my cellphone number I have had with them for the past 13 years as mine. When they closed my account then they couldn't verify that number had ever been associated with me. I was and always have been their customer with that number. I explained to the c.s.reps in the Philippines and in India, but with no help. They just couldn't verify my number as mine, even though they had in the beginning.
I've spent thousands of dollars on Straight Talk. They couldn't fix any of their issues. Not access to my phone number, not my verification, not my phone that hadn't worked in almost two months. I am beyond thankful I changed carriers! Even though I couldn't bring my old number, I didn't care at this point! PLEASE transfer to Cricket if you are thinking about changing your service.
I went there for the free cellphone service via the Government assistance program. If you receive food stamps or other such benefits, you might qualify. Angelese is willing to help. What a good experience with a wireless store! There is an activation fee of around 30.00 dollars but it is well worth it!! Just the one-time start up and then there is no charge unless circumstances change.

I came into the store and I was under the impression that nobody was there to help me. I waited for 20 minutes!!!! Eventually somebody named Jasmine came to help me, but she was on the phone with someone else in the back the ENTIRE 20 minutes. I heard the door bell ring when I walked in and she still didn't come to help me. It seemed as though her phone conversation was more important than her job. She paid half attention to our conversation, and was by far the worst customer service representative I've come by at Cricket. I just wanted to buy a new phone, but this girl was extremely RUDE and ruined my good expectations for this store. This girl does not deserve to have a job- should be fired...

Before moving to Granite Falls I switched carriers to boost and got one of the nicest phones I have ever had for free that's why I switched. But after moving to Granite Falls the service was impossible to make or receive calls. I switched back to Cricket unfortunately got another free phone that didn't last 2 months. The service coverage is unbelievable and have never had a problem with that, but the junk phone battery heated up ruined the phone sent it back they sent another phone without a battery, what good did that do, now a battery I have to buy is $39- at a store down the street.
