I ordered a family meal that comes with sides AND an extra order of mashed potatoes and gravy. I got the meal and everything that comes with it but no extra potatoes. When I called the store they said I could come back and they'd give me the potatoes. But I was already home and my food was getting cold. At that point I didn't want the potatoes any more, just refund my $. But they can't give me a refund because it was an online order. I'd have to request that through the online app. So I go online and there is no refund request I can find but I did find a customer service phone number. The guy I spoke to was very apologetic and said he'd take care of my problem but after getting all my info and giving me a claim # he transferred me to the refund dept. So he didn't take care of me like he said he would. Then the refund girl was also apologetic and needed all the same information I gave the first guy. So why did I talk to the first guy? The girl was finally able to process the refund for the potatoes I didn't get. After nearly a half hour of getting the run around I should see my $4.37 in 3 to 7 business days!! This is no way to treat customers. It will be a LONG time before I patronize KFC again....if ever.
Of course it's not about the money, it's the principle. They charged me for what I ordered....I expect to get what I paid for. Except what I got was incompetence and an overly complicated...
Read moreI took my family here last night to grab a fast dinner. First I go through drive thru and order 17 piece chicken strips meal and then I try to order 8 piece chicken and strips meal. I was then told oh no that's online only. Ok cool. So I pull the front of the store and order online wait till pickup at 6:02 pm I had my son go in with my phone to get the order. He showed them the phone 7 times. I counted because he had to keep coming back out for me to unlock the phone. As we still waiting multiple people (white) kept going in grabbing their food and leaving now questions asked. While my son still kept waiting. Then after 15 mins finally our food is ready but oh no they now need to see my phone again for the 8th time now. So now I go in to get the food and tell the old man behind the counter I don't understand why so much disrespect towards my son. He showed you guys the phone 7 times already every one else came in and left in a min. But my non white son has to be so disrespected and treated like that. It's very sad we live in world like this. I spent $90 last night. I will not ever take my family to this restaurant again. I will not support racism. Get new staff...

My big gripe is THREE different times we have had to drive back (from home) after ordering & getting our food, because they forgot something in our order. We always get the big orders to feed our family.. There needs to be better checking over the orders during bagging of orders and/or handing them over & sending them off with customers. I once sat through the drive through line for 10+ minutes, just to get a forgotten part of my order, because the lobby is closed. And in that time, saw someone else come back for the same reason as me (showing their receipt angrily thru the store window -something I wished I had done to save time). This restaurant needs help. (They literally have a big "now hiring" sign in window). On a positive note, they were friendly at the window.
