Panda Express — Restaurant in Marysville

In the website for the new Panda Express Restaurant In Yuba City, California where the HECK is the DARN MENU! I’m sorry but I just find it extremely ODD that you people put up an entire Website dedicated to your Chinese Restaurant yet, you don’t even display any type of menu based on what you actually serve there. There are only GOD Awful pictures from Customers of your food who have had bad experience’s at your Restaurant! Don’t you people think that in your Website that possibles you might have put your menu up there showing what you actually serve? And maybe some nice photo shots of good looking food that you serve? I’m thinking it might have been a good idea. Because from what I’ve seen from the photos on your current website right now taken by your own customers, well, just saying it looks really bad. And I haven’t even been there yet! But there is a Great fast food Chinese place at the shopping mall on Colusa Highway 20 In Yuba City over in the food Court, it’s Fast Food Chinese Food but it’s good and the servings are huge and they have everything you can imagine. In general, I am a fan of Panda Express. This location, however, is consistently a disappointment. The mixed vegetables are regularly overcooked, or you have to wait for a fresh batch. I thought this might be poor timing on my part, but I have been there at various times, day and evening. The portions are inconsistent - last time I ordered the Honey Walnut Shrimp, there were 4 pieces of shrimp, and no walnuts (bear in mind that you pay $1 extra for this entree)...and it was cold and mushy. The service is poor as well. The last time I had to wait for mixed vegetables, the associate who helped me with my order served 5 people the veggies when they were prepared before she thought to complete my order - all while I stood and watched. Had I not already paid, I very likely would have walked out. I keep returning because this is the only location within 45 miles of my home. I hope that at some point, this location will improve the quality of their food, as well as the quality of their service. In general, I absolutely love...

One star for the little bit of food that was edible.

Worst experience ever. Ordering and take out was ok but tried to eat the crap food.... Two steak dish orders were mostly gristle. Shrimp was greasy and terrible tasting. Chicken egg rolls were good as was the steamed rice and Bejing beef.

Called to discuss poor food quality with the manager. This woman has no clue. Beyond the initial query Breanna was useless, rude and repeatedly unwilling to put me in touch with the owner or her boss. Like an AI bot she kept saying over and over she was the manager and completely refused to pass on my message. her solution was to bring the food back for a redo, so drive 15 miles back to her store and I have to bring the uneaten food with me like I would call to complain about bad food while eating the same food. Hopefully this store can find someone more suitable for customer service. Breanna is so terrible anyone would be better.

So $30.63 for crappy food but the piss poor customer...
