Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Marysville

The service was slow, the workers shabby. Hair unkempt and hoodies sagging with floppy untied aprons fit perfectly with monotone and dry voices. Staff seemed confused about orders and the kitchen was in shambles. At one point while I waited it looked like a piece of paper trash fell down behind the counter from an overhead shelf. Did the guy who took my order at the cash register wash his hands before returning to the sandwich line? After waiting eight minutes for my sandwich, being one of two customers in the shop, I found two dirty tables before I found a clean one. I opened up a poorly wrapped sandwich to find a soggy mess with mayo and sauce on the outside of the loaf, and to top it all off, I ordered my sandwich with "leave bread in," only to find that they hadn't put it on the order and consequently had not left the bread in. And they didn't even have sprouts, either. So in summary, it was the worst sandwich and overall experience I've ever had at Jimmy John's, and I don't know if I'll be going back to this particular store ever again. First time ordering from here. Will not be back. Ordered two sandwiches for my boyfriend and I. It was a drive thru pick up order through the app. Drove over there, app still didn't say it was ready so I waited about 10 minutes in the parking lot. Still no update. Went up to the speaker and before I could say anything the guy said there's a 15 minute wait for bread....okay. I waited, and then tried to say I actually had a mobile order, was cut off again to say there is a wait. So I stayed put and eventually a guy carrying a bag came out to tell me theres a wait. I was trying again to say I had a mobile order, was cut off to tell me to go park. Then asked what I had said, repeated myself and he was like oh what's the name? He was carrying my bag, handed it to me. Okay, im annoyed for being cut off so many times. Get back and behold the sandwiches are a joke. My boyfriends had no turkey and old roast beef, with all the lettuce for a salad. My turkey sandwich also had barley any turkey with burnt bacon and loads of lettuce. Poor service and...

I've gotten Jimmy Johns multiple times in the past but I've never had them deliver it. I ordered through doordash with specific instructions on where to leave my order. There are 2 doors to my apartment and the front door is facing the main road with no parking, just some steps from the sidewalk. I asked the deliverer to "Drop it off at the back door please. Not the door facing the main road but the back door with the parking and garages." When the food was delivered, there was no notification and the food was delivered to the front door. The problem with this is I have my front door blocked off with shelves because my husband and I don't use that door at all. So I had to walk around my building to get my food. The food was prepared right and tasted amazing. It's just very frustrating that they didn't follow the instructions that I left for them. Food was 5/5...
