This place is the worst food establishment I have ever been to in my life. I purchased a pizza and breadstick order today as I have many times but not having cash on me. I used my debit card. The transaction said complete on the debit machine and asked and I was ready to be on my way when they suddenly told me the payment didn't ho through which was weird because why did it say "payment complete" and thank you. I wanted yo make sure so I logged into my bank account on my phone to check and sure enough $16 from Little Ceasars at that time showed it was deducted from my account. When I showed the clerk they ignored it and said it doesn't show as complete on their side. They demanded I pay again or not get my food. I had to pay again to get the food or just be out $16 and go home hungry. I now have 2 identical charges for $16 for 1 pizza and a breadstick. I now have no choice but to file a complaint with my bank because they refuse to refund me or give me my food. If choose to do business with these guys (which I highly recommend you never do) make sure you bring cash or risk getting ripped of. The customer is always wrong with these guys and they only care about money even when it's wrongfully taken...
Read moreMy rating has nothing to do with the quality of the pizza. You get what you pay for and the pizza at this store is no different than at any other Little Caesars.
Mostly I've had problems with the process of getting in and out of the store. I've learned to avoid it because the vagrants who sit outside asking for money are sometimes uncomfortably aggressive. More than once, one of them got up and started to follow me to my car asking for money repeatedly after I'd said no. One of those times, a guy followed me at arm's length and I accidentally left my cell phone on the roof of the car in my haste to get away. The phone was gone 10 minutes later when I realized I'd left it and came back. I found later from the gps record that it left the area quickly for a neighborhood in Sacramento that had several of those unlicensed temporary phone service vendors set up along the main street, so I suspect I'm not the only one who's had this happen.
There have also been minor inconveniences with the store itself. This particular store hasn't had any cheese pizzas ready more than half the time I've been there. I've also been there twice at least 10 minutes before closing time and found the employees had...
Read moreI’ve gone to the Little Caesars on Garden highway couple of times, and the one in Olivehurst on Olivehurst Avenue a couple of times for a couple of pretzel pizzas. I made the mistake of going to this one this time but I don’t understand how it could be so much different dealership places it was much better I don’t understand why it was so bad here. I called ahead of time and they said it would take 15 minutes and I was there in 13 minutes so they should not have been as old as they were either., but it wasn’t just cause they were old. I don’t know. I don’t think they’re using the same ingredients or something. I won’t do that...
