Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Marysville

The pizza at was old and there weren't many pieces left at the salad/pizza bar. We asked if they were bringing out a pepperoni pizza as there was none. The woman said yes, 10 minutes later while looking at the pizza she said she couldn't make a pepperoni pizza unless more people came in because she thought everyone was done eating except for us. I went back to the table told my husband who was waiting for the pizza, he went up to the counter and asked again if they were making a pepperoni pizza. She told him the same thing she had told me, she's also said that she cannot waste any pizza. My husband said we will eat it all, she said sorry I can't. My husband does not eat any other Pizza other than pepperoni he is extremely picky. A group of four walked in ordered the same thing we did, they were looking at the salad bar that had barely any pizza and only kinds with jalapenos, mushrooms and olives on it. All of a sudden a pepperoni pizza comes out, then two more. By that time we had only left work for a quick bite and my husband are bread sticks. Again he doesn't eat much of a variety anything for the salad bar is out of the question no salad or vegetables, so essentially, he paid$10 for all you can eat breadsticks. Wasn't a big deal then but after all of this also every table we went to said it was dirty so we had to clean it ourselves. We will never go...

We chose RT because they have a reputation for great pizza. But this location could use some schooling on customer service. It was late afternoon just before dinner rush, no other customers (now I know why) and there was someone straightening up as I walked in. No greeting but plenty of ‘stink-eye’. The person who took my order was distracted at best. As I waited, one staff was on a break (?) in the front area, on the phone, raising her voice to someone on the other end. It didn’t matter that I was in the room hearing it! The order was wrong (it made the bill less so that was ok) and this last person was at least trying to be personable. This is my first ever google review because this establishment is disgusting. Round table should be ashamed to place their franchise name on this dumpster fire. I watched multiple employees prepare pizzas with no gloves on after using their computer, touching face, handling cash... I’m sure after the restroom too. No gloves with their hands all over the pizza. Clearly I’m not the first one to watch workers do this as I have read multiple reviews now. The manager here should really enforce safety policies here for the sake of all Marysville clients. I’m sure none of the workers are tested for covid if they can’t enforce gloves while working.
