So 2nd time in a week I have been to Carl’s Jr. in Marysville. ( Only because it’s close to Ellis Lake )to have milkshake and watch stars and tonight, blood moon.Sat behind 4 cars and their milkshake machine is down/ broke. Is it just cleaned early and don’t want to get dirty? Last time I was there it was about 6:45. Then when I questioned the girl at the window she said “ I don’t know and handed me my totally cold fries. !!!! Unexceptional service. I tried twice and will be back at McDonalds now. Don’t go there if you want to have friendly customer service. -5.

It's nice enough as Carl's Juniors go. Friendly staff, clean (even the restrooms), and the food is properly messy like Carl's Jr is supposed to be. However I swear the prices are higher than what I'm used to ~ granted Carl's has never really been budget fast food. Getting in and out is a bit awkward. If you're staying on 70 make the right and turn left at the stop light.

Skimpiest steak and egg burrito I've ever gotten; A size of a cheese roll up from taco bell. The truffle burger I got looked like it was made from scraps its looks totally different from the picture. It was skimpy as well. No gravy no sauce meat bacon and onion ring. No effort they dont deserve your money. Dont waste your time.

With the full understanding that it is a fast food restaurant open on Christmas Day, I would expect that they would have a more thought out plan for a busy day but that was not the case. We placed our order online again with the understanding that the order would take a while to be ready luckily that was not the case. The system said ready I’m 15 minutes perfect we thought. When we arrived their main door was open so we made our way in. Before I could get a word out an employee rudely says my lobby I close to which I respond I understand I’m here to pick up she says you’ll have to wait in the drive threw to which I said I will not be doing that as I placed my order online for pick up and no where online does it say I have to wait in the drive threw she then said repeats my lobby has been closed since 8. I then respond again nothing online nor on your door does it state that. She then rudely speaks to her employee (willing to go back to get his name because he was well manned) by saying I need large drinks the employee very nice turns to her and says they are right there she doesn’t even face him and says those are for a different person I need these now. He kindly says okay what do you need then turns my way and apologizes on her behalf. They continue to get our drinks in that moment another gentleman enters the door not one employee notices as they are busy when the lady’s notices she says out loud not directing it at anyone “my lobby is closed” and slams the door shut. She gets behind the counter and tell the employee this is ready the employee then hands me my order and says here you go let me get you some straws. I ask is everything in this one bag when say just double check since you already here which I do and i notice I’m missing two of my orders. I turn and say I’m missing chicken tenders. He leads towards me and ask in a low voice and by using his hands to ask me the amount (I’m guessing to not upset the other lady) and he asks the guys in the kitchen for the tenders. As I’m waiting for the tenders another lady coming back from her break walks in and rudely says my lobby I closed so which I answer I’m waiting on my order which she then raises her voice and says you’ll get your order my lobby is closed per policy you have to wait outside. The gentleman waiting behind me says I'm just checking on my order. She then says it’ll be to you soon. We then step out she walks my offer to me and her whole demeanor is completely different but as I was already upset I take my order walk away.

As a professional in Human Resources I would recommend they train their management team on how to speak to not only customers but more importantly their employees for a young man to have better manners and customer service than his management team is a disgrace. Again I understand this was a busy day but no employee should fear to ask a customer what they are missing nor should they have to use hand signals due to the lack of planning and manner from management. This is not my first bad experience at this location but it is one that stuck with me because if management is willing to treat their customers so rudely how do they treat their employees when customers are not around.

Lack of planning from management was the main factor. Had I listened to the lady and joined the long line in the drive through my food not only would been cold it would have been...

CARL'S JR., MARYSVILLE: Breakfast (birthday) fastfood. Today, was my son's birthday and, since we were in a bit of a hurry, opted for drive-thru instead of sit-down. My son ordered a breakfast burger meal with orange juice, I wanted one of their biscuits, so I ordered a monster biscuit meal. When the young man asked if there was anything else, I interrupted my son, who was about to say, "no," and said, "yes, there is." My son leaned back so I could talk directly to the speaker: "I said, 'Do you think you could please tell my son, 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY,' today, since today is his birthday?'" A bit taken aback for only a moment, the young man quickly said "happy birthday!" and then, "How old are you? My son said "45." The young man replied, "25, ah, that's real nice." "No," my son said, "45." After a moment of silence, out of the speaker came: "Oh, I guess you are a really old 25!" We all laughed. And he said he would have our total at the window. After we pulled forward, we all laughed again, as we paid for our meal, got our drinks, and then our meal. We thanked the happy server with the great sense of humor. [I recalled one Thanksgiving evening with my daughter when we two were by ourselves for Thanksgiving (out of town) and no place for dinner. Everything was closed except Taco Bell. We went up to the drive-thru speaker, and I began the order: "'I asked for two turkey sandwiches, two sides of dressing and mashed potatoes, one pumpkin pie and one mince meat. 'Oh, yes,' I said, 'was it too late to get whipped cream on the pumpkin pie?'" Silence ensued. Then..."huh?"] Even after explaining the joke, the young woman didn't get it. I really think she should learn to laugh, but we just said we were sorry for the confusion.] Anyway, My son and I had a good laugh with the Carl's Jr. guy and ended up with a great tasting breakfast. He also cautioned us to be careful of the hot food. Thank you, to Carl's Jr. for my son's birthday wishes, and the good laugh. This Carl's Jr. usually has plenty of open parking spaces if you want to dine inside the restaurant. Inside is open and friendly appearing. Like any fast food place, I would like to see the restrooms a little cleaner, and sometimes the paper is is a bit of short supply. The people, here, however, have always treated me well, and have always responded to any request I have made of them. It seems to me, though, that this Carl's Jr. does have a bit of a reputation for being a bit slow. If you want to get through the line in the morning and you are in a real hurry--don't come here. If you want good food, this is the place. The place is handicapped accessible, with handicapped seating, and restroom facilities. Almost always, specials are posted in the windows for all to see, and when I need a minute or two to order, they are patient...

Long wait even though not very busy. Then the lady taking my order had severe attitude problem. Yes i asked for something not on menu anymore...but willing to pay more i said if you make it to order...she told me sorry they dont have the ingredients.... i said what?!? Which one? The sourdough the hamburger or the bacon? You dont carry those?! After i explained to her and gave her step by step instructions for a sourdough double bacon cheeseburger... 2 pieces sourdough 2 pueces bacon 2 pattys one cheese little mayo as if she was my daughter (whos 2 btw) she still got it wrong and they almost had 4 car accidents because we were told to wait by curb by entrance but they dnt tell u its also an entrance... in the time i was waiting for it she ran out one persons soda i guess sge forgot. Gave one person a bag and the person said it wasnt hers...was chattin up the guys in truck ahead of me for a few mins..was told to pull out by curb frnt door (no doubt cuz it was shorter walkr for.her to deliver everyones) with the other 3 ppl waiting two hot n crying under 2yr olds and she still had attitude after i was polite paid extra waited extra almost got ran into by one car got ignored...then i she was extremely bothered cuz i said you forgot.my drink and do u have ketchup or ranch and she stormed away came back with my drink not condiments and said there!
