I placed an order for in-lobby pick up. I went in at 7:45pm to get order, time it was ordered for and it was marked as ready. They refused to give it to me and said lobby was closed. There was a sign on door saying closed. Facing INWARD, not outward. I waited exactly 30 min in a line of cars only for them to refuse to remake my now cold food from 30 min beforehand.
