Very poor customer service over the phone. My 2nd grader won a pizza certificate for reading over 80 minutes in the month of February. When I called to place an order for her pizza the employee who answered the phone was horrible at his job. He took over a minute to answer or I was immediately placed on hold and listened to music. Then he picked up, I asked for an explination of where their store is located and he didn't answer. He proceeded to ask for my contact information and when I told him my details he made me repeat myself on each item. Then he asked what I would like and when I told him he immediately placed me on hold!! This time I waited for 4 minutes and then hung up. I was so frustrated because I wanted the order ready upon arrival. I called back again and someone picked up quicker, this time a different male employee. He seemed to have better customer service. He took our order and said it would take 15-20 minutes!! Let's just say we will never return and this is the worst experience with a Pizza Hut. Called 30 min later and had to tell the guy on the phone to look up my order since I had to repeat myself twice that no it was not delivered. I was told the driver left 10 min ago (my house is about 10 min away). Called 30 min later and was told the driver turned around and could not find my house we have had multiple deliveries and is well lit and no phone call Was told as soon as they find a driver the order will be right out. Had to call again since they charged my card twice for the same order and was told they could not correct it until tomorrow. Asked to speak to a corporate manager and was told they dont have that information to give. Was given the overall impression that they did not care at all especially for customers that have been ordering there for the last 8 years ~ bye Pizza Hut. Update I am now being told it will take 48 hours for the refund in which they charged me twice for the same order (I am not asking for anything free just the second charge reversed). I ordered pizza to be delivered.The text said my pizza was delivered. I looked outside 4 different times and there was no pizza. I never received the pizza. I text the number back and of course no reply. I also told them in the comments. Please ring the doorbell and no ground (the comment would not let me say please do not put on the ground). The comment needs to have more space.
I called the Pizza Hut thar I ordered it from and they said all they could do is refund my money (if I wanted a refund I would have to come to the store) or they can remake the pizza. They are remaking it but it's going to take another hour. They never said they were sorry...
The store said they had to use a doordash person because they had no available drivers and they didn't deliver it or they delivered it to the wrong address.
For how expensive the pizza is. They should not be using doordash. The doordash person does not care if they deliver it to the wrong address or not.
