I went through the drive thru. When I got to the speaker, there was no acknowledgment. A few minutes had passed & the employee asked if I was using the mobile app, in which I replied, "Not today." Again, dead silence, no asking, "What can I get for you?" ... nothing! Finally, the guy asks, "we're you going to order something?" I apologized as I was under the impression he may have been busy with something else. He responds argumentatively, "No, I was waiting on you." I proceeded with my order... 1 cheese quesadilla add sour cream, 1 Burrito supreme, 1 soft taco. I was given my total & went to the window. The same employee took my payment and gave my card back... he then began yelling at the kitchen team to hurry up because there were 4 cars in line in the DT(mind you, it had been maybe 30 seconds). He throws my order in a bag & hands it out the window to me. I left, as I was driving home, I asked my daughter to hand me my soft taco... not there šŸ˜®ā€šŸ’Ø whatever, I'll let it go, mistakes happen. I then asked her for my quesadilla. She hands it to me... when I say it was cold, it was literally COLD! I opened it up...tortilla cold, not one shred of cheese was melted, the sour cream & jalapeƱo sauce were in 1 single spot... disgusting! Come on, DO BETTER! Yes, "times" are important, but you know what is more important...QUALITY! When you are yelling at your kitchen team to hurry up, you are allowing them to fall short of quality, unacceptable! Should anyone who works in management/corporate see this post(because there is no option for a survey on the receipt)I didn't get his name, but he had a very noticeable tattoo on his forearm: "Loyalty over love" I won't be back, not that it matters to them!

This was a poor experience. Nobody greeted me when I walked in. Nobody bid me a good day or even a thank you for coming in when I left. This has such an impersonal atmosphere. The only thing anybody said to me was that now you are required to place your orders at a computer kiosk. You can only interact with a person if you are picking up and need to ask a question. There is no real customer service to speak of at all anymore. The attempt at Christmas decorations on the interior is a nice thought but the way they went about doing it makes the interior feel cramped and crowded. Nothing about the interior feels comforting or inviting and certainly not the employees either. If you're looking for just quick Fast Taco Bell food stick to the drive-thru. You won't get much from the interior when dining in here. Interior dining area is used for storage of overstocked items. This is not more than a drive-through stand now.

Time: Jan 24 - 12:30am. To start with, they took my order, let me get to the window then informed me AFTER I payed they didn't have any Guac and no nacho fries, would extra cinnamon swirls be ok. I said no, I paid extra for those two things you don't have, I want my money back. I got my 2.75 back. I also ordered cheesy roll ups. Asked specifically if they were spicy, was told no. My kids took one bite and started crying, I then took a bite and these things tasted as if they had Diablo sauce on them. I was lied to. On top of ALL this, both the single employee on duty and the Manager we're both stoned. It was evident in their actions and visible on their faces. My order was still wrong, didn't get my large drink I ordered, nor my husband's soft taco and paid extra for, nor did my kids get to eat ANYTHING from there because EVERYTHING is spicy for whatever reason. We will NEVER go to a Taco Bell again.

I am a door dasher and every time I come here late at night I tend to decline the orders because the line is absurd… Way too long and a lot of my customers choose to order there and it’s a shame that I cannot sit and wait two hours in line to make the money I wish to make to make my customers happy in return… They caught fast food for a reason, there’s absolutely nothing fast about this place they need to figure something out quick because every Dasher I speak to you all despise coming here because of that reason… Time is money and if we cannot make our money going there they are going to lose customers and get stuck with food and never picked up because I want to contrary many customers don’t pay very much also but we try to except as many orders as possible to make our customers happy and because we have a reading system that tells us we have to except a certain amount of offers… It’s a shame I would have done So many more orders at this location if the line didn’t exceed the allotted space in the drive-through line and extend down the road onto State Street for hours on end… Hire more people, learn how to pump things out quicker, if one station is not as busy as another is backed up employee should help the busy stations out to pump stuff out much quicker and more efficiently because I avoid this place nine out of 10 times due to this reason alone… And I know it makes many customers upset because they want to Taco Bell know dasher wants to go sit in that line it’s sad. And yes, I am speaking on behalf of all Dashers out there… We all...

The person in charge that evening was absolutely unprofessional, rude and violated every covid and Health Department law that there is. I had ordered two chicken chipotle melts with extra sauce, I got two chicken chipotle melt with no sauce. When I went back to the window to let them know she said to me give me the food, I handed her the Melts, she opened them at the window right in front of me and said oh there's plenty of sauce in here you have a lot of sauce in here, and I said okay and I was absolutely embarrassed, mortified that she did that at the window opening the food , and I said to her well never mind then because I was absolutely embarrassed, then she said i will make it for you okay. Then she remade them when I got the second order of chicken chipotle melt there was no sauce and no cheese it was just chicken, so in other words she was just trying to stick it to me by not putting anything in it at all. I could not believe what had happened so instead of going back through again I just left. This lady is I believe I don't know her name but I believe she is of Indian descent and she was very Brash and very rude and in my face. I have told everybody in earshot about this Taco Bell in Marysville Washington. I've told everyone to stay away...
