Trinity Salon — Local services in Marysville

I requested an appointment online and got an email saying I had an appointment at 3 pm on May 27th, Saturday. I show up ten minutes early, wait ten minutes for someone to address me- no one does. I go up to the desk and wait again for someone to come to the desk and when they do and I show them my email confirming my appointment they say they can't find it. Absolutely terrible system and way of dealing with customers. I wouldn't even bother coming to the salon if they don't make sure their appointments are confirmed and work. I'd give 0 stars if I could considering they wasted my time and apparently don't know how to correctly operate their online...

I just have to brag about how amazing Yulissa is! From start to finish she took her time to make sure I felt completely comfortable. She asked questions, listened closely to what I wanted, and was so attentive to every detail not just the end result but also my comfort along the way. I went in for a partial foil and she made the whole process feel so easy and enjoyable. I truly can’t rave enough about her and I’m so happy to have found my new go-to hairstylist. I recently found this place and can't say it enough great things about them. Shawna does my hair which includes coloring, styling, and an occasional haircut. She has managed to match my color completely! She takes the time to talk to you about what it is you're looking for she will look at the photos you present to her and you walk out feeling like a million bucks!
