Visited this place for the first time based on a recommendation so I was super excited to try it. Ordered 3 burritos and extra green sauce on the side. When I looked on the online menu it said each burrito comes with choice of meat, beans, rice, lettuce, cheese, guacamole, sour cream, grilled pepper and grilled onion. I attached a picture so you can see for yourself what I’m referring to. I paid for the burritos and even left a $5 tip but when I got home and we opened our burritos EVERY SINGLE BURRITO was missing at least 3 or 4 of the listed ingredients!! We also checked and they didn’t give us a single green sauce. So I packed up the burritos and went back to the drive through and I was very polite in letting them know that every burrito was missing ingredients inside and the worker could not have been ruder to me! He started arguing with me that apparently the menu changed and burritos no longer come with all of that inside? Apparently you have to pay extra for every ingredient now? I politely explained the menu I saw online listed that each burrito comes with that so I assumed ours would come with that too since there was no indication otherwise. He also kept getting things wrong when he said we asked for no tomatoes for example which we never did. Anyways he kept arguing with me and refused to fix their mistake- he said I could order new burritos with a “discount” so I would have to pay again. I also asked why we didn’t get any green sauce to which he replied “we didn’t give you the green sauce because we didn’t have any but now we have it so we will give it to you” which doesn’t even make sense because only 10 minutes passed between us receiving the wrong order and coming back for it. Anyways will NEVER be coming back as this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had- he absolutely refused to fix their mistake and argued with me instead of being polite and just adding the ingredients we were supposed to get in the first...
Read moreReally enjoyed our first stop to Toritos and it certainly won't be our last! Been driving by wanting to try them now for weeks and so glad we did. * If you are wanting a hard shell taco with ground beef and nasty melted American cheese yellow "queso", then go to Taco Bell... this is not that 🤦♂️*
Got our food to go from the window and even though there was a big line at the drive order food came out in a very reasonable amount of time. If you are expecting like fast food style speed then yeah, the drive through isn't that speed. They are cooking everything fresh in the back from what I could see. (I would say they could go to the old car hop style model would be better than a drive through)
Staff was very friendly even being busy. Got our order correct and asked if we needed more sauce, utensils etc.
Got tacos and burritos and carne asada. Awesome big portions!! (Don't change that). Food was fresh, hot, very flavorful, and the hot sauces packed a serious punch. Can't wait to come back to try...
Read moreI’ve been coming here for the past couple of months because there’s so many things I want to try and their food is just amazing. So far I’ve tried their carne asada fries which I’ve also tried with chicken instead. Both were great! Their flautas are nice and crispy, but I wish my chicken had been shredded some more so a bunch of it didn’t come out with my bites leaving some bites empty. :( I tried their adobada tacos, carne asada tacos, and their Al pastor tacos. They were all really good but I prefer the Al pastor so far. My only complaint with the Al pastor is I wish they used fresh pineapple because it appeared as though they use canned. Everything is so much better to me with their salsa verde! My boyfriend and I have been obsessed with their agua de jamaica. And the only other thing I’ve tried so far was their strawberry filled churro, which was really soft...
