After having to wait in line for nearly an hour on Mother's Day 2020 with my wife who is crippled with RA, we started using their online ordering service. It was great until yesterday when I placed our online and then went to pick it up. I had done this over 20 times in the past and was able to walk in and the order would be ready and waiting for me. Yesterday there were around 18 people in line waiting for their online order, some of who had been waiting nearly 40 minutes. Order's were being filled about every 5-10 minutes. I ended up waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes to get my order. They were busy, no doubt, but none of the workers seemed to be concerned and no one appeared to be helping the young man handling all the takeout orders. AND no manager was there or visible to take some action. This needs to be addressed by management so it doesn't happen again. Drive-thru customers also needs to be addressed as the line get so long you can't get to a parking space nor if you are lucky enough to find one you aren't able to get out later. Multiple Online orders should not be allowed for the same time unless you provide the resources to handle them. An immediate and sincere apology is owed to all the people (30+ ?) that had to wait yesterday for an hour or longer. An over worked and poorly trained young man saying "Sorry for your wait" needs to be done -- you have all our names & phone numbers so just DO IT!! A very disappointed long...

Placed order for pulled pork and pulled chicken. We could see our plates before they gave them to us and instead of pulled chicken they gave us bone on chicken. We asked them to fix it nicely and the answer was it was too late as already on the plate. Seriously? It was still behind the counter so would have been so easy to fix. Instead they shoved the plate at us.
While we were waiting for our food (the wrong food) a guy came in who had just been through the drive thru. His loaded potatoes were bare. Literally nothing on them. They argued at first but eventually fixed his order. Not sure what was going on but they made the customer feel like a criminal when they were the ones who messed up.
Food was okay. Pulled pork good and green beans were delicious. Chicken was dry and over cooked. Ate 3 bites. Slaw and potato salad decent but lacked flavor.

I have a rebel card and found out my rebel card did not work there on combos which the back of the rebel card does not state it does not exclude combos.
Then being 3:15 in the afternoon I realize they're not going to have really hot french fries on the counter but these are kind of lukewarm they were mushy in the middle I wanted french fries not mashed potatoes.
There were several employees through the drive-thru window that I could see. Maybe it was a shift changes why there were so many people there.
