What happened here? Ordered 2 orders of ghost pepper wings 12pc for EACH order. Get home and each order only has 4 wings yet had the audacity to charge me for 12. And to think I wouldn't notice 16 wings missing! Storefront was a complete mess and the staff clearly didn't know what they were doing. Online resolution is a complete headache and all I wanted was a refund for the difference of the order price and after refusing 5 other solutions a refund was finally processed. Never again.

Original Review: Never really had an issue with the quality of food at this Popeye's but speed has always been a longstanding issue. Dining room is closed again as they do not have enough staffing to man a register for the lobby. That unfortunately means if you place an order online, you STILL have to wait in the drive thru to pick it up which completely kills the convenience of online ordering. Food is still good though and while I was skeptical that the Hottie campaign was just hype induced celebrity endorsement, the sauce is actually pretty good! Like a hot honey sauce so the perfect balance of sweet and heat. If you know someone looking for a job, tell them to pick up an application here and...

I can't say what was going on. Very confused from the time we walked in till we left.. Managers was no where around till the end. They ask had I been waited on and I told them what had happened.. Chicken was old and cold and hard as a brick.. my boy friend had never ate there.. and I normally LOVE IT there but I totally regretted taking him there.. they only gave him a 1/4 of a cup of red beans and rice.. Sandwich was same.. cold old and hard.. the drinks was no syrup so tasted like dirt.. Never did get our drinks.. they was having trouble hooking up the drink from the back . Once our Sandwich got cooked fresh the rice had went cold.. Just bite a good experience at all . They never said one time sorry about that.. Here let me get you some fresh hat rice.. sorry we couldn't get that drink. Wud you like some sweet tea on the house.. Nothing!!! Won't be going back to that location . I try to support the area by giving back but Popeyes has made it impossible to do that... Soooooo .. saying all that.. ain't the first time it's happened.. one time the chicken was raw.. made me sick for the rest of the day..sorry pop eyes. Love your food when...

So, the first time my order got messed up about a week ago I thought I’d let it slide, but I just drove through and got food tonight and it is once again subpar. The first time I ordered the five tenders, Mac and cheese for the side, and a sweet tea. My roommate got the butterfly shrimp, fries, and Mac and cheese. Once we got the food, the shrimp and chicken were hard, cold, and genuinely not edible, and I was missing two tenders. Both sets of Mac and cheese were overdone and had become spongey. We didn’t get the fries despite me paying for them and neither of us got our biscuits. Tonight, I got the same order of tenders as last time and while I’m happy to say that I got all of my tenders and my biscuit, the Mac and cheese is again overdone and feels like a sponge, I also was given the wrong drink, and the chicken was undercooked in some of the thicker parts of the tenders. I don’t know what’s going on with this Popeyes because before the last few weeks the food has been great and the service has been as well, but lately it’s just a massive waste of money.
