Burger King — Restaurant in Maryville

I have lived in Maryville for 25 years I have went to this Burger King for all 25 years probably at least once a week in the last year year and a half every time I go there there is someone arguing smoking weed in their car the little manager that's up there on second shift got out of her car while I was there and it smelt like somebody just smoked five big blunts so there was a girl in the back proceeded to talk to a 17-year-old kid who was probably the most professional employee there and treated me with great service in a way that she was trying to call him stupid without saying he was stupid as soon as I confronted her about that doing that in public I was told that she had just got out of prison he was getting fired and then the little manager that got out of the weed stinking car started hollering and cussing and had nothing to even do with a conversation we were talking about that is the most unprofessional people I have ever seen in my life the little 17-year-old boy come outside and look like he was about to ball his eyes out and asked me if he could have my phone number and then thank me profusely it's sad that you can't get any help nowadays and when you do they abuse everything that manager should be immediately fired no questions asked it's been nothing but problems ever since she's been there whether it's a party in the parking lot all of them standing out there smoking or having to wait forever on your food or the way she talks to...

Food was ok, they were a little slow but gave us pies for our wait. While we were waiting, we seen a blonde haired pregnant lady, screaming and arguing with it seemed like the whole staff. When the presenter opened the window, she apologized about "all of this" we took it that it happened frequently. They messed one of our burgers up, so went circled around. When we came through the blonde was at the window she didn't say anything closed the window, walked off, when she came back my husband tried to hand her the burger and she said we could keep it, she couldn't except anything back. We asked her if we could add another twix pie because they gave us 2 before and we had 3 kids who wanted them. She rang us up for another pie, we paid. Then she turned around and closed the window. We saw her fuss at the front line again and she came back to the window and told us they were out of twix would Hershey be ok. We said that was fine. She handed us our food and that will probably be the last time...

Everyone standing around complaining about their lives. Took over 15 min for 2 Jr cheeseburgers w/ pickles only. One person started making them, and then the girl comes over and starts wrapping one up without cheese so I say those are supposed to have cheese and she kicks and attitude with me running her mouth to the point everyone in there is so upset and everyone is asking you alright with each other. I feel bad for the people that have to go to that burger King bc I will never be back. So disorganized and disrespectful. If I could give it a negative I would. If I was the DM I would start with a new crew. The one girl was trying to use short staffed as the problem and I'm like there is 7 of you standing around and no one in the kitchen....
