The food is okay and I like the prices. However, the service is so slow and so terrible that it eradicates any positive attribute to this establishment. I have dined at this cookout on multiple occasions and have never once seen an employee that appeared to be over the age of 16 and well-put together. I have always endured the subpar service but today was a new low for my experience at this cookout. I went around 9:30pm and entered into the drive through. It took about 5 to 10 minutes for me to make it to the speaker to place my order which wasn’t horrible because there were two cars in front of me. Then, after I ordered one milkshake, I sat in my car and the line didn’t budge for a solid 25 minutes. I could help but think of how ridiculous it was. I was stuck sitting, waiting on a milkshake while having to endure the sight of about 15 teenagers vape and rev their truck engines in the parking lot. By the time reached the window the prepubescent employee hands me my completely melted milkshake and shuts the window. I received no apology or any piece of sympathy. This leads me to believe this must be a normal occurrence or the employee just doesn’t care about his service. I can honestly say I will never go through the drive thru at this cookout ever again and I implore whoever may be reading this to do the same. I feel that when an establish is too lazy to do something about the group of teenagers loitering in their parking lot, they probably aren’t too concerned with customer service. Seriously, just tell them to go hang out somewhere else. Sad excuse for...
Read moreThe burgers which were ordered were definitely sitting around, not made to order. My guest and I had the same look once we both had a taste. The fries must have been sitting under heat lamps if any? or sitting in the basket over the wonderful fry oil heat tempering the fries. I retained the receipt and will call the telephone number on a bag I requested. As a restauranteur and travel through out the United States I really wanted to experience a charbroiled burger. The manager even gave my 1 complimentary fry, but it was obviously from over the fry oil warmer ( educated and guidelines) is highly recommended. The 7 employees which were having somewhat a good time and a bit loud carelessly not taking their employment seriously. I might as well fill in the rest. The self serve cold beverage area was extremely not in order for cleanliness. The overflow tray had a sour smell, and the beverage spouts and spray heads must not been cleaned daily. Over all I'm sorry to have left such a poor review. Education is a must in the foodservice industry. Whether your spending the $13 or $30 for a meal. It was quite clear this establishment is lacking management and NOT taking food handling responsibilities seriously.
Also, cleaning exterior windows should be done by a Window Cleaner Co. (or) at least teach your employees to use a squeegee and a step ladder. Using paper towels in a swirl motion and a window cleaner waterd down leaves a greasy pattern is embarrassing to the owners of this...
Read moreAbsolutely ridiculous. The lady at the window was rude and had an attitude over the speaker and at the window. And our order? Psh. I ordered a junior tray for my toddler. Chicken Quesadilla, Fries, and chicken nuggets with pink lemonade to drink. I got a normal tray with a bottle of water. She quickly rushed a bunch of food to me at once and said “that’s all” and closed the window. So I was trying to pull the car up some to set everything down so I didn’t hold up the line. I realized I didn’t have the bottle of water but let it go since they gave my toddler a LARGE lemonade. I get home and go to give my toddler his food and there was an ungodly amount of fries in his box, the quesadilla barely had anything in it and there was ONE chicken nugget. Not two. Not three. Not even zero. ONE. Who in there right mind puts someone’s meal together and gives them ONE chicken nugget and thinks “yup. That’s ok. Not gonna cause problems at all.” Bc sir you are wrong. My toddler lost his mind bc he specifically asked for chicken nuggets and refused to eat the rest of his meal. And you may think “no you just don’t know how to be a parent.” No. That is very much not the case and truly you won’t understand until you have kids😭they are stubborn and persistent. I just wanted all the chicken nuggets that’s supposed to come...
