My 90 year old grandmother went to enjoy a dinner at her favorite place to eat, with her daughter and son-in-law who were visiting from Oklahoma. You see my grandmother is on hospice care and is dieing, she had just spent months in the hospital and now that she was sent home wanted something good to eat. So in her wheelchair, with her oxygen tank in tow, she was enjoying the buffet at the KFC in Maryville Tennessee. With her being 90 years old, she couldn't eat much, a sandwich is what she got off the buffet, and she couldn't even finish the whole sandwich, so she was going to take it home with her. The manager on duty called the police, and accused this 90 year old woman in a wheelchair of theft!!!!! Really? The police came, however, no charges were filed. A 90 year old, 4'3" tall white hair lady couldn't even finish her sandwich and they called the police???? What kind of person is in charge of this establishment? Does KFC condone this type of behavior from their management? I think this is horrifying, and insulting that my grandmother, who is dieing had to go through something like this. I think this would be horrifying for any elderly person who couldn't finish one sandwich to go though something like this, and you best believe I will not stop with just posting this on Facebook. I will contact every newspaper, and news station from Colorado to Tennessee until this is resolved and there is a formal apology made by the company to my grandmother. I have already contacted corporate in regards to this, I will also be contacting every newspaper, and news station from Tennessee to Colorado until there is a formal public apology...
Read moreWent in after work for a $20.00 fill up box. Thought the quantity of food for the price was a good deal. Went in and the girl at the register was nice and took the order. After a short wait I got my food. Nobody was there but me and another guy. Not busy at all. When I got home as you can see by the pictures I have no sauces whatsoever. There's a spot on the box for four sauces and the receipt lists the four sauces. This ruined the meal for my kids that like sauces with their nuggets and fries. Very irritating that you can't do your job and put the sauce in there. The nuggets were good but needed sauce. The chicken was over cooked and tuff. The fries were good but I like to dunk them in KFC sauce. The biscuits were fluffy and light. The absolute best part of the meal was the coleslaw. I would have been very satisfied with this meal had I not had to listen to my kids complain about no sauce. I love a good deal and definitely would have had a better experience if people cared enough to just do the bare minimum and put the sauce in the box. Lee's may cost more but it's always good and done right. I'll always pay more for better...
Read moreThis location is awful, ive called corporate twice now. Out of the last 8 times I've gone here the order has been messed up every single time . I order the same exact thing every time, how hard is it for them to comprehend to add extra gravy and extra chicken to a mashed potato bowl ? And twice they have even left the corn out of the bowl. And 3 times when i had the order replaced they still got it wrong. This is very aggravating, what is wrong with the people that work there . I can only imagine how many other people that have had issues with their orders. All the driving sucks to especially after a long day at work, drive 20 minutes to get there 20 minutes home, then 20 minutes back to get order replaced and another 20 minutes back home , almost an hour and a half driving for a simple order its ridiculous. When you bring all this to the stores attention they have very piss poor attitudes. Its also not the cleanest place. This place either needs to be completely re staffed and trained properly and held accountable or it...
