Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Maryville

This is only for this location. My experience here is abysmal. They really should allow for zero stars. I gave one star for food because their brownies are good. About two weeks ago, I ordered a barbecue pizza. There was very little to no barbecue sauce on the pizza. The woman that answered the phone and I complained said she was a manager, I did not catch her name. I told her I just want to make sure this never happens again, because I’ve ordered the same pizza in Sevierville, Gatlinburg, pigeon Forge, Newport, Tennessee, and never had this problem. she told me she put the exact amount of sauce that’s required, and that she knows what she’s doing and I said well maybe you need a little bit more training on this. She said you don’t know me and then hung up. I complained again the next business day and they gave me a $20 credit. The next pizza I ordered was not a barbecue pizza, did not want to take a chance, that pizza was good. I ordered today did not mention anything about the credit. And decided to try something new for me, A handmade pan pizza, It wasn’t just a little doughy, It was so doughy It was like it was uncooked. But again, the brownies were good. To say that, I’ll never be back to this location again is an understatement. The one thing that I have noticed on all the reviews at this particular location. Is there’s no response from the owner or management. By the way, I also did ask for the owner to call me, About the fact that the person who made my barbecue pizza and claimed to be a manager, hung up the phone on me, I talked to a manager named Renee. I have yet to hear from anybody and that was 2+ weeks ago. Besides the pizza being crappy tonight, the other thing that irritated the heck out of me is, I sat at the drive up window for 10 minutes without any acknowledgment. I heard their bell go off when I drove up to the side window, so they had to have heard it. Two different women walk by that window 6+ times and again, not even a wait a minute not an acknowledgment I was completely ignored. Yes, they had a delivery truck, but that does not give an excuse to ignore me as my pizza starts...

Went to Dominoes today because I remember from days gone by that I used to get Dominoes pizza, wings and desserts. So, on my way to work I thought I may want wings for lunch today. Well, I ordered ahead. And was able to pick up my order through the drive thru. So for social distancing that is a plus. I'm not sure if they have dine in since I didn't go in. The drive thru line went pretty quick. And the window person was wearing a mask. They were very nice. I orderer 8 wings, garlic knots and a coke. All total about $14.00. A little steep I thought but hopefully worth it. I was disappointed in the wings. As you can see they were very small and had very little meat on them. The hot sauce was ok. The ranch, which I had to pay extra, over rode the taste. So all I could taste was a little hot sauce and ranch. The very little meat and small pieces were very disappointing. The garlic knots were very garlic tasting and buttery. They were good. Again I had to buy the sauce. I bought garlic butter but think that was over kill and I should have gotten cheese or something else. There was already enough garlic and butter on the knots. The Coke was at least cold. Since the chicken was so small I didn't need the large amount of napkins I usually need when eating wings. I remember again that the sandwiches used to be good. Maybe I'll give them another try and taste a sandwich next week. I know a lot of businesses are being affected by the Corona. Maybe the wings are the result of ordering...

We went here two weeks ago and they sent me home with the wrong pizza.And I had to turn around and go back and then made me sit and wait for the pizza.And no kind of i'm sorry or compensation or anything.So I took my pizza went on.So we ordered one today to have for the ball game and we ordered it at seven thirty and my husband finally got it at eight fifteen.He got there and they told him they did not have an order.It must have been at one of the other stores.And luckily, I screenshot it, my order. So we sent it to my husband for him to show it to them, and it showed it was ordered at that store the whole bill that I paid and everything.And finally, the girl found it said it was under the name, jamie.And he had already told him it was under jamie boring, and he gave him the order number and everything.So he waited all that time for a pizza that was already ready.So i'm sure it'll be freezing by the time we get home. We ordered online so that makes the ordering easy, but the service in that place is terrible.No one knows what they're doing. We've just saying you've got to be very aware and very alert and cover your back front and sideways before you leave with anything from there.Because you don't know what you're gonna get or how it's gonna be.And that's sad when you order it online.And they can just read it and not misunderstand what you're saying.So there's no excuse.
