I don't understand where it all went wrong honestly. I've been a regular off&on for over 3 years, and up until recently (i.e. within the past 3 months or so), the service has always been efficient and friendly.
Nowadays, not so much. This location seems severely understaffed with inadequate training. Most employees also seem very unethusiastic. They used to be very welcoming, and they would prep their pizzas in advance so all you had to do was place your order and it came right out of the warmers still damn-near fresh. Now when you place an order, they're always so behind on their tickets and they're scrambling around like chickens with their heads cut off. They lack leadership and organization, and the customer suffers for it.
Just tonight I had placed a simple order at 9:39pm for 4 pep pizzas. I started getting upset for waiting 45 minutes, but I kept my mouth shut. At around 10:35, I had noticed that not one, but TWO other customers that had placed orders LONG AFTER MINE had already gotten their pizzas, so that's when I finally had to address the problem to one of the cashiers running the orders out, and I finally got served fresh pizzas. I guess my ticket back at the make line got completely forgotten about or misplaced.
I really used to love coming here all the time, but there's some serious problems going on at this location now, and I feel like it needs to be brought to coporate's attention in an attempt to save this store. And I'm not the only person that has felt justifiably upset with the service. Just tonight, I had witnessed a customer when I first entered the store make a scene because he had been waiting for an hour with his wife and kids, but he demanded his money back and left without his order. And then while waiting around for my order, other customers were upset and whispering about how it was taking forever to get their food, even despite the fact that a few others had called in their orders in advance or used the app to place an order in advance. I'm more heartbroken than I am angry, because I really would love to know where it all went wrong with this location. They used to be absolutely fantastic. This location was the best location within a 40 mile radius. Now they're severely subpar. I really hope they get their act together and promptly serve their customers with smiles on their faces like they used to months ago, because the staff now looks as if they really hate their jobs, and the effort put into serving their customers really demonstates...

Upon my arrival, I observed what appeared to be the acting manager, Diamond, counting a till without acknowledging any customers in the store. Afterward, Diamond walked to the back and told another employee that āpeople were up frontā but made no effort to engage with waiting customers. Eventually, a young man named Zander K. came to the register and assisted me.
I ordered two items from the Hot-N-Ready menu, only to be told there would be a 1 hour and 15-minute wait. As Zander relayed this information, I watched employees in the back packaging breadsticks and playing with them like a game of cornholeātossing the packages onto a counter and trying to hit them with other bags. I requested that my food not be thrown onto the counter, given the lack of care I was witnessing.
The service experience was unacceptable, but the restaurantās sanitation was even more alarming. Below are my observations:
⢠The restaurant was in such poor condition that had it been a restroom, I wouldnāt have used it even in an emergency. ⢠The sauce display on the front counter appeared neglected, as if it hadnāt been cleaned in months, and no sauces were available. ⢠A foreign object with what looked like legs was visible under the hot and ready display, upon closer inspection it was a crumpled food wrapper ⢠The front of the Hot-N-Ready warmers was covered with fingerprints and grime, indicating a lack of regular cleaning.
Given the unsanitary conditions and lack of professionalism, I chose to cancel my order. I am genuinely concerned about the food safety and cleanliness at this location and felt it was necessary to bring this to your attention.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI walked in yesterday, and honestly, whomever is running that franchise should be ashamed. We've already avoided them for an incident where they were awful last November. We figured maybe things had improved. I walked in with 2 people in front of me, and all 3 of us waited maybe 4 or 5 minutes with nobody acknowledging us. I even messaged my wife, "Still nobody up front..." I just assumed they were busy because nothing was really stocked. The drink container had very little in there, and there was hardly anything "Hot-N-Ready." I was bored, and I started looking around and noticed the workplace was falling apart. They sayings on the wall were missing letters. I do like the sound of "Cra y Bread." There just seems to be no respect for the workplace, and that filters down to the employees. I finally make eye contact with an employee from the back who was washing his hands. The guy just stared at for a few seconds and walked into the back. I dont expect any special treatment or need an over excited greeting. When there are 5 people waiting in the lobby and the employees won't even acknowledge you, there's a leadership issue. I dont think those employees wanted to be there anymore than I did. After another minute, another person walked in, and I was fed up and left. I can only assume 6 of us in line with almost nothing ready was just going to cause more issues.
This isn't even the first incident of poor quality or service. They tend to burn the pizzas or cut them in awful proportions...
