Foothills Plaza offers a convenient location and a variety of stores, making it a convenient shopping destination. It has essential amenities, and the ample parking space is a plus.
However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the plaza could be improved. The outdoor areas appeared a bit neglected, which diminished the overall shopping experience.
Additionally, some of the stores lacked a wide selection of products, and the pricing in a few shops seemed a bit high.

The highlight was an indoor Chick-fil-A surrounded by Karen's with church haircuts which seemed totally fitting in this remnant to 80s fascism.

Very conveniently located off of 129 South in the Alcoa Tennessee area and loaded with a bunch of friendly folks who seem to be willing to do just about anything to make you happy. They even have phone repair service there now in the Walmart along with countless other businesses that have space inside of their facility. I really wish that Walmart would do more to purchase more of their inventory from companies based in the United States using American made materials but I will not allow that fact to degrade the rating that I'm going to give this...
