Subway — Restaurant in Mashpee

I used to really enjoy coming to this establishment, but in the last year, this place has really gone downhill. I’d come here every day, but now the service has gotten so slow, and I have felt less and less welcomed. This Sunday, though, was really the final straw for me, and now I will never return to this "restaurant" ever again. When I was standing in the line, I saw an older man in the back of the building preparing and cleaning up food. This is when I noticed that in his hand was a fist full of tuna. He proceeded to take this and begin chewing on it in the corner, where I presume he thought he was out of view of the customers ( he was not). I've never felt so disgusted in a place serving food, I wanted to just leave right then and there. When I ended up getting my food, I threw it out the second I got home. There was no way I could stomach eating any food I got from this place after seeing this egregious and unprofessional act committed in the kitchen. All in all, I am never coming back again. I'm sad and sickened that this place I used to genuinely enjoy coming to has fallen into such disrepair and poor management. Been here 3 times when I worked at gamestop across the street. Family that owns this place seems to verbally fight in front of customers from stories I heard from others, always seems to be drama over there, always counting money and dont wash hands after, and always have attitudes. There was some lady's kids putzing around in the shop right before closing and one of them was handling trays and stuff and she was in her pajamas and uggs. The other fella was messing around with tools trying fix the ovens, and didn't look or sound like he knew what he was doing or look quite clean.
