If I could leave zero stars I would. After watching an employee in the pharmacy berate customer after customer who were trying to get vaccines, it was my turn. She told me I didn’t need to check in since I had an appointment. I said “don’t you need any.”. and she cut me off and walked away. So I joined the other people waiting for vaccines and eventually everyone got there’s but me. I went back to the disgruntled employee and she told me I had to check in . She cut me off twice when I tried to explain and then she repeated herself talking to me as if I was 2. I get it that her job feels stressful to her. She should consider a career where there are no humans and she can stare at herself in the mirror all day since she clearly sees herself as superior to everyone and doesn’t reflect on her own...

Walgreens pharmacy is not sensitive to its customers needs! In 5 years I have NEVER had them get our prescription ready in a timely fashion. After a Total Rt. Knee replacement left me unable to drive and pick up my RX. Yesterday was the poorest customer service ever! Rx called in before noon, called Walgreens after they called and said Rx was ready at 4:45. Found someone to drive me there, difficult mobility in & out of car still.
