A convenient and easy on the eyes shopping area with anything you may need in one place, such as two large grocery supermarkets: Stop and Shop and Roche Brothers (which serves a selection of freshly cooked lunch and dinner meats and vegetables from noon to 7:30pm), a health food store with delicious smoothies, many clothing brands such as Talbots, and L.L. Bean, to name a few, a CVS pharmacy, a movie theater: "Regal Cinemas" located next to a fabulous pizza establishment: "Siena", a real estate office, a jewelry store, and a bowling alley. If you have some time to spare there also is a nicely renovated, modern library here with dvd rentals, books on CDs, events for families with children and for seniors. There also is a pub and quite a few upscale restaurants or affordable take out places, as well as a juice bar for the leaf driving millennial vegeterians. Mashpee Commons has a reputation for being expensive but if you know what you are looking for and your price range you can also find it at Marshalls or Home Goods at very reasonable prices. Also the grocery stores have weekly sales to take advantage of. I would definitely...
Read moreUnique open-air mall that looks like someone dropped a small town center on an empty field. Cute little streets, lots of shops, offices, and plenty of parking. Until the Cape Cod mall in Hyannis gets its act together, this is arguably the best shopping mall on the Cape. The only real down side is that, because it’s an outdoors mall, you’re OUTDOORS. This is fine three seasons out of the year but during winter… not so much. There is a range of stores which tend to be upscale (Talbot’s, Lilly Pulitzer yes; Target, Walmart, no). Many of the buildings have a second story with office spaces upstairs so you can find things like Real Estate and law offices. Complete with banks, doctors and dentists, a post office and even a large Stop and Shop, the Mashpee Commons really is like going “down town”. Throughout the year they have events to pull people in. One of the most impressive, in the summer, is the mini-Le Mans race where they close down a bunch of streets and go-karts careen around. Bridges built over the course allow for interesting photos and let you get across the street safely. The Mashpee Commons is definitely an...
Read moreThis place is packed! It's filled with great stores in both areas. I believe they refer to the areas as North and South. It's incredibly clean and a nice place to walk around. They have plenty of handicap parking and access everywhere. Great shopping spot. Especially with the grocery store options they have. I personally love the organics grocery store! If you live in the area it's best to go during the week since the activity seems to be slightly lower. On the weekends it's filled to the brim as mentioned earlier. Lots and lots of parking for both handicap and anybody. I just like how nice they keep it! Enjoy your time here.
