3 events that happened to me at this dominos.
I was charged for the complimentary side of marinara. Hmm. no big deal, it was only 50 cents. but the cheesey bread that i orderd was very bad. thus i called back and complianed. The manager said she will send a gift card for refund in my mail. but even after a month the gift card was nowhere in sight. went back to the dominos and talked about this and the manager blamed the post office. well there's that.
I ordered online and paid for it thru my credit card. my mom went in to pickup the pizza and she was asked to pay again. my mom did not know that i already paid the money so she paid the money when she was asked to at the register. I found out and called the manager. she said "dont come to my store and dont order from here again" well there's that. BTW: i got my money back after i contacted corporate.
went in to order cheesey bread and asked the manger who was making the food to add extra cheese. she gave me multiple reasons why she could not add extra cheese. well ok. no big deal. i was even ready to pay for extra cheese. but apprently she could not put it in the system thus she could not provide me with extra cheese. NOTE that i was willing to pay for extra cheese but still she would not give me it. when the cheesey bread arrived it was mostly burned and did not even have the normal amount of cheese. well there's that.
you may be wondering why I keep going back to the domions if i have these many issues with them. well i have lived in mason for 5 years and this is the closest dominos to me. once in a blue moon they get my order right but next time that i order the food, its the same bad service. I like dominos but i might just have to order their food from another dominos which is quit far from my house.
the lady manager who is short and has curly hair is very unproffesional, unhelpful and unethical individual i have every seen. I hope she sees this and changes her behaviour. I wish her...
   Read moreEverytime I order from this store my food is always messed up or cold. It's always a Long delivery wait so about time you get your food its either wrong, or cold. I'm sick of spend my money at this location to always have something go wrong with my order. No one is apologetic there. Then they have this delivery driver from a different country I believe he always thinks he's supposed to get a tip even when they mess up their order on you. He got mad at me one time because I didn't give him a tip he rolled his eyes at me and said no tip wow and walked off. But to remind you all it took them almost 1 hour and 45 mins to bring me my food so I don't know why he thought he was getting a tip and when I got my food it was cold as hell and I didn't even get my garlic sauce with my bread sticks. It's pretty sad if I have to worm up my own food in my oven. This place is sad and it's in mason and mason is a good area I just don't understand. I will never never never eat...
   Read moreTheir delivery time quotes were way off and the guy picking up the phone apparently had apparently talked to enough people that night, because he was checked out. Expect to get your food about 45 minutes late and luke warm. We called after we saw our stuff sitting in quality checking step for 20 minutes and a guy answering the phone said "Yeah we have about 15-20 orders waiting to go out right now and only two delivery drivers. Unfortunately there's nothing I can do, they don't hire anyone." Fair enough. But you can adjust the expected delivery time(surely) and you can make sure the pizzas come out when they can be delivered so they're fresh. Instead I get a shrug and cold food. Only reason we ate is because we were starving at that point. Meanwhile Dominos corporate for their part just wants to sling you a 20% coupon of your next order for your "disappointment".
