I love Servatii's pretzels. For years it has been a family tradition to have a giant pretzel or two at family reunions, birthdays, and even at my son's wedding in 2021. So when my sister turned 70 in Georgia, I ordered a large pretzel to take with me to her party. I also had a large bag of sliced pretzels. Although the sliced pretzels were perfect, I was so disappointed that the giant pretzel was hard as a rock. Even heating in the microwave did not soften the pretzel. For the first time in years, half of the large pretzel was uneaten at the end of the weekend. I hope this was a one time occurrence. It was picked up the weekend of October 24th so maybe there was a new baker who just overcooked the pretzel but I will think twice before ordering another giant pretzel. Was on hold for 30 minutes and counting. You might be wondering why I waited that long. It was just out of curiosity. In that amount of time, I purchased stamps at the post office...yes, the post office a week before Christmas and drove to a different bakery to place my holiday order. I have had horrendous experience many years ago at a different location and wanted to give them another chance....NOPE NOPE NOPE. I still like the place it's just that they inflated the prices even more it started in November and now for 4 donuts and a coffe it was $10.20! I don't reccomened going here if you want some fast and good priced bakery goods for 1 cinnamon roll it's $2.30, this place was better when it started and now they just jeep inflating prices and not giving you a receipt.

And they just started giving receipts they barely do.
