Stood in front to the counter to be even acknowledged for an order for 15min. Only the one cashier that they had doing other things in the kitchen looked at me and was about to say something when both managers, a woman and a man, barked orders at him to get things out for drive through while they did nothing but look at the screen with the “late” orders.
It wasn’t busy at all, outside or inside with two cars outside since I pulled up. The management was an embarrassment, least they could have done was to look at me and say something like they would get to me as soon as possible but no they were too worried about their time issue for two cars outside vs the line forming behind me inside. Instead of taking my order themselves the Managment even barked more orders for the one cashier to hurry and then help me saying “there’s a lady waiting” when they could have easily done it themselves and not had me stand for 15min to order.
The cashier was kind and smiling when he was finally able to come help me, mind you both managers just standing there now barking orders at the cook vs bagging the next order for drive through, they deserve a paid vacation dealing with those two managers.
Even after all that the fries were lukewarm at best. Was going to order the fish meal to bring home for my partner but decided to just stop by the one closer to the house instead of waiting another 20min for an order. Read moreI normal like Wendys. I enjoy their burgers, frosty, fries and more, but the service and the workers at the mason location is lacking. The times that I have been there they have been rude. I went to the drive thru this morning and no one took my order. There were two cars in the parking lot. The drive thru is open and I sat there at the drive thru for 10 mins waiting for someone to take my order. No one came so I drove off and did not purchase anything. Yea you may say I am just one customer so my money may not mean anything to you but think about this is every Wendy’s nation wide misses out on one order every day then that is more Money you are missing out on then you would have made. Not only that but you are missing out on customers who would like to come back again and order. I know breakfast is a newer item for you this year, but when I can see your employees through the window and they can see me and yet they do not take my order or even recognize that I am there that is just rude and and makes your customers not want to come back. Yet again I am just one customer and I know you get thousands a day but again if that happens at every Wendy’s then you are missing out and that’s just not good customer service. Read moreI work about a mile away. A coworker told me that this is the worst location of any Wendy's. I had been once and it was a 5 out of 10. I ordered delivery and it was a 1 out of 10. Today I stopped in to pick up chili for my mother and they barely had enough for 2 smalls and it was BEFORE 5 pm. 1 car in drive thru, no one in store, yet I waited 10 mins or more before even being spoken to. I almost stood at the counter and called the store and ask to be waited on but I was trying not to be a Karen. I was just updating my app to order for a pick up when someone finally came to help. Even a manager was messing around on 2 phones and looking right at me. I'm not sure if I will go back. I will go out of my way to another location. 2 more things.....1 I don't hardly ever leave a bad review (it's either 5 star or nothing) and 2 I would of understood being out right ignored if the drive thru was wrapped around the building.
