Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Massillon

Finally decided to take advantage of the free delivery through April for my birthday on the 27th. During this quarantine I’ve been pretty locked up being a pregnant asthmatic but my craving for chipotle has never ended. First it was VERY easy to order delivery through the app. I liked that the tips were automatically calculated and honestly it was nice ordering through the app and being able to see EVERYTHING you can add right in front of you... I am sure we’ve all at some point been those customers that stand in a chipotle line and say “uhhhh” as we completely forget what we meant to order. Ordering online completely helped that...not saying there was an “uhhh” moment but it lets you be able to avoid the stares of the hangry customers behind you. Delivery was very fast and you are able to track it from them receiving your Ofer to when it’s out for delivery and it even gives your delivery drivers name. She was very friendly and left our food at the door while we waved from the appropriate distance.

Now for the food..... I am pretty picky when it comes to fresh ingredients and I was a little scared that through the delivery process things would become wilted with the heat of the container. THIS WAS THE FREASHEST CHIPOTLE I’ve ever had. I don’t know if it was timing or freshly stocked ingredients... even the usually stale chips were fresh and crunchy.

All in all it was a great experience that I can’t wait...

Worst experience Ive had in awhile. I placed a mobile order tonight with a pickup time of 7:20. I arrived a few minutes late and there were no less than 7 people waiting on mobile orders. I came to find out from other patrons, not the staff, that mobile orders were running 45-50 minutes behind schedule! I understand everywhere is short staffed, but the kick in the gut to me was they were taking all the walk in orders and making them in a very timely manner...so I dont understand how those of us that have planned ahead by placing an online order, with a specific pickup time to best fit in our schedule, are punished and have to wait 45+ minutes! That makes no sense to me whatsoever. When an order was completed, a worker would just drop it off at the nearest table, not on the pickup shelf. Luckily, other patrons were nice enough to say the name outloud for the order so that everyone waiting didnt have to walk up and look at the bag. Needless to say, I was not waiting an additional 45+ minutes for my order. When I went up to the cashier and asked for my order to be cancelled, they didnt even bother to apologize. Actually, I never heard them thank or apologize to anyone for the extra wait time. Wow, great customer service. This location is further from where I live, but in the past has provided superior food so I have patroned it. That is all changing now, Wooster...

I am not one to complain... BUT I went and ordered and it was roughly 815p there is no one in the shop but the staff and they are having a full blown conversation while we stand there for what seemed to be 3-5 mins. Then as my wife finishes her order they strike up another 3 min conversation as another customer comes in. 2 min later the food preparer comes down and asks what I want, and without listening starts talking again, walks away, and starts talking to the grill person for stuff that is "needed". Understandable, if it was busy or they didn't have supplies. Comes back and asks again what I want while looking to the cashier and starts talking about friends and co workers. I get to the cashier finally, order chips and cheese. Pay and sit down. Start on the chips and they are stale, I go back up to the counter and before I could finish stating this, they tell me "All the chips taste the same, they were made this morning". I retort "Excuse me but they are stale and are not good." This is where I was met with the l don't know what you want me to do about it shoulder shrug. Sorry this place SUCKS I am not one to put reviews online very often but this branch is terrible... BTW this was not the first time I was met by these shenanigans at...
