Placed my call for a pickup order @ 11:20PM, tried ordering online while on hold but the website wouldn’t let me, I then sent my daughter inside after 12 mins on hold to ask them to please answer the phone, she wasn’t so much as even acknowledged by any of the 3 employees that were visible to us. There where no customers inside being waited on, just 3 employees, phones in hand, in use, laughing and conversing as they shared whatever content was on said cell phones at the time. They still didn’t answer the business phone. I finally went inside after 17 mins on hold(11:37), only to find myself face to face with the male employee who came to the front counter just to refused to take my order. I told him I was only ordering a 6 piece, one flavor, and fries. He said they don’t take orders after a certain time. He wouldn’t tell me what that time was. I then explained to him that it was my daughter that came in 10 minutes earlier to ask them to please answer the phone, but he said no one came in and asked them of such even though I watched her do it. I was trying to stay in the car with my niece until my order was ready because she was asleep. He also said he didn’t have an unanswered call or one on hold even though I was actually still on said hold on my cell phone. I showed him I was still on hold and tried to explain that I had started the call to place my order at 11:20. I even attempted to show him the time on my phone showing this but he didn’t look at my phone screen nor did he have a response of any kind. He shrugged his shoulders and turned around and walked back into the back and did not return. No apology. Did not show even the slightest concern. It was as if I was talking to the countertop instead of an employee. This is very unfortunate considering Wingstop WAS my first choice amongst the choices for wings rather it be in Massillon or elsewhere and they have been for years. I currently live 1 mile from this location. I WAS very excited when they opened so close to our home. But now this will have to be my first and LAST attempt to give them my business. They will be the next restaurant to come into Massillon only to fail and go out just as quick with this kind of customer service. Or shall I say with this complete lack of. Lastly, for the record, I have been in their parking lot since I began my attempt to place my order at 11:20 and now to type this review, it is now 11:59 and there has not been another customer to go inside since I got here 40 mins ago. They must be really busy during the day since they don’t need business in the evening. Why be open if your employees are unprofessional, rude, and have zero interest in actually doing their job. I wasn’t aware that if you are at your place of employment, where you were specifically hired to provide customer service, if you want to instead be lazy and do complete opposite of the job of which you are being paid a wage to do, you can just very rudely turn the customers away with not so much as an attempt at an explanation. Great way for a new business to make a go at becoming successful. Massillon is a tight knit community. We talk. We also give our business, our support, and our word of mouth to businesses worthy of it, businesses that treat us well and provide great service. I sure am glad there is another chicken wing specialized restaurant directly across the street from this one. They are always more than happy to provide good customer service. Matter of fact they don’t have to do much at all to do better then Wingstop. Simply allowing the community to purchase the very food that they are there to sell and obtain success, they will be far ahead of their new neighboring competitor....

The Cajun wings offered a spicier kick than I had anticipated, yet they were still quite enjoyable. The Korean wings were absolutely delicious, with a subtle touch of heat. Read moreDue to inclement weather, literally every other restaurant and fast food place including the 24-hour restaurant had closed early on January 19th 2025. I rushed into Wingstop in Massillon with 3 minutes until midnight when they closed. They were welcoming and helpful and had my food ready so fast. I am so grateful!! Especially knowing that the roads were bad the weather was getting worse for these employees to take time to feed me instead of going home like they wanted to, meant the world.
