Food has become straight garbage.

I encourage more people to come forward alongside me and leave honest reviews on if they feel the food quality and taste has declined in the recent couple years. Perhaps we can get their attention and stop this madness. I'm not just ranting about a single visit. I frequent 3 locations once or twice a month (each).

Main con; the food quality has declined steeply in since 2020. The food tastes fake. The meat doesnt taste like meat, anymore. The egg tastes like paper. The bread tastes weird, too. I have no idea if they're growing this food in a lab, mxiing it with some new preservative to extend shelf life, or washing it with some type of disinfectant because theyre getting bottom of the barrel stuff for pennies on the dollar? Unsure, but it isn't my job to know. I have the luxury of ignorance as a customer, here.

Likely dunkin has made cuts where necessary on food quality and quality suppliers, while not forwarding those savings to their customers - instead funnelling the savings to their balance sheet because their debts have become more cumbersome to service with rates being hiked so aggressively in by the "federal reserve" (aka circus clowns posing as government).

My hypothesis: Dunkin has debt they need to service on their balance sheet in this macro economic environment of hyper inflation and subsequent monetary contraction through QT... they're cutting back on food quality by extending storage life and skimping on quality by finding cheaper (probably less clean, too) suppliers.

As well; I find it hilarious that Dunkin was advertising 14.00 an hour starting wages a year or two ago and has since cut that to 12.00.

Would be nice if they also cut some other numbers, like cut food costs in parallel with the quality cuts they made, but maybe they'd ''cite "inflation" as the reason.

I could be wrong about much of this; but then, why has the food become garbage?

I've gotten a stomach ache from it the last several times I purchased, not just the bad taste.

As for employee service, one thing this location in particular can use is a regular policy of acknowledging customers and letting them know that they will be serviced shortly or in what order they'll be serviced. this location has somewhat of an issue with this. the navarre location his a minor issue with it too, but less so. Just holler at us, please. Too often I and others are left standing there with no status updates . Ive been forgotten before. The location on wales needs a door ringer, i stood in the empty dining area waiting to be seen at the desk for 5 minutes straight. that is no joke. 5 minutes, possibly more. however there was zero cars in the line. ??? Please let your customers know they're seen and waited on, even if they can;t be serviced right away... and managers, please dont bash your teammates for not doing so. just encourage better service with a cool head. i see managers bashing their teammates.. i honestly am disgusted. i mean, for god sake, they're kids. they need a break. they need guidance,...

not only did they not have any eggs for wake up wraps, ok, i was there at almost 8pm, but wow. the excuse is "we used our allitment for the day and the rest are frozen we arent allowed to cook those and we cant.

so fine. i got two things of hash browns, which were literally burned black on quite a few places!!!

i wanted to have a minimum $5 purchase before tax to get the 60 bonus points for on saturdays and sundays.

needless to say, im actually an avid starbucks coffee drinker and a gold member there, so i will go out of my way to go a couple more miles down the road for my chai latte i mobile order instead of stopping here to buy a couple donuts, which by the way arent even that great, especially since they toss them straight into a bag. just right off the shelf into the bag. dude, ya didnt even give me a napkin for my donuts!!!

uncivilized, uncouth, obnoxious, just plain ridiculous.

so my hubs went to replace the burned hashrounds and they tried to "replace" them.... with MORE BURNED HASH BROWNS !!!!!!! their excuse was "its our oven"

OMG!!#! then dont sell the food or turn down your heat!!!

go across the street to mc donalds. the coffee tastes as bad but at least its only a buck and if they burn your food, they will at...

Just had a very bad experience. I went on 9/7 to purchase a medium cold brew and 3 donuts. My cold brew didn't look right so I asked if they added everything in and the manager at the window asked the new girl and she told her a bit rude that she put everything it said so I moved. Tasted my drink and it was wrong. Called and the manager was very kind and said that she would give me a large to replace it and a half a dozen donuts as a courtesy and took my name and gave me her name. So I went through the drive through today 9/10 and asked for those things. The girl working was rude asked me what was wrong with my drink and the donuts told her the donuts were a courtesy per the manager. She refused to give the free donuts and also wouldn't answer when I asked her name. She told me she doesn't see a reason she should give me free donuts and they were too short on donuts to give them free. I did however get her name from the lady at the window. I'll also be contacting the original manager and making a complaint...
