Today when I came throught the drive thru I ordered a quarter pounder meal with a large fry and a large sweet tea with light ice and a 4 piece nugget. When I pulled up I was given my tea and asked to pull forward. I tasted the tea It was not sweet at all.I asked the girl at the window.If it was sweet tea, she said yes, I ask her if she can remake it because it's not sweet at all.There's something wrong with it.She took the drink back through the window and I Was pulled forward to wait for the rest of my food. When the food came out, they brought the tea. again, I tasted the tea and again, it was not sweet. I just don't understand if I said the tea was not sweet the first time why noone tasted the tea to check it. Instead I was given the same non sweet tea. On top of that I finally open my bag to give my son some fries and I only have half a container of fries for a larger fry I mean what was the point in getting a large if I was only given a small. And not on this occasion.But the last couple mornings I have come Through the drive through to get a large ice Carmel. Coffee, that is also not sweet in the second time that this happened. I notified them and told them that my coffee was not sweet the last time and I would like it to be sweet this time and still again. The coffee was not sweet. It's always made wrong. I had to send it back through the window to have it remade. And then on top of that, it's still not sweet. I just don't understand what's going on or why it's so hard to get something sweet at this store At this point I feel like i've wasted my time and money all week...

Took the order back, Jodie (not sure of spelling, didn’t have a name tag) said she was the GM, asked for a refund. She said her policy as the GM is absolutely no refunds but would remake the order. I said no, not eating anything from their kitchen. She argued with me, said no refunds. Asked for her corporate or boss number. Usually there’s a number to call posted behind the cashiers, not at this one. Gave me an incorrect number to call, off by one number from the corporate number at the bottom of the receipt. After lots of back and forth, me telling her I’m not going away and will dispute the charge, she then decided to give me a cash refund for more than my order. Now she says her boss is the ones who said no refunds but she thought about it and just wanted to do what’s right so giving me more than the order was, for the trouble.
Service was terrible. Food even worse. She said it was a training mistake from the kitchen I left my name and number for her “boss” to call because she said she will get in trouble for giving me a refund but wants to do what’s right. Read moreTerrible service got DoorDash from them and they forgot my 5 hash browns then when I went to the store I asked for my meal to be remade because the food was going to be cold and they came back and weren’t apologetic at all and they told me that they weren’t going to redo the whole meal and that they were only going to do the 5 hash browns. Did not try to fix anything at all. Tried to shift the blame on DoorDash. Completely disappointed and won’t come back till they decide to treat their customers with the decency to remake their meal if they completely messed up the order. Would not recommend not customer service and rude managers. I also got them door-dashed yesterday for dinner and they brought me my food without my double cheeseburger but give me my fries and nuggets but no double cheeseburger. Also went to the store yesterday and they were not apologetic at all yesterday either. The people working at this McDonald’s needs to slow down when they are making the orders and make sure they check to make sure that everything is in the bag before they seal it and hand it to the door dasher.
