The workers here pay almost no attention to the orders. Almost every time we order from here our order is incorrect and need to have it remade. We have even had a time very recently when our order was incorrect, they had to remake it for us, and a delivery guy took our remade pizza. We were waiting in the store for it! Three pizzas and an hour later, we finally came home with the right pizza.
They were nice enough to give us a complimentary pizza and dessert on the account. The quality not the pizza at this Domino's has always been great but the attention of the workers always seems to be off. It's just very frustrating to have orders messed up so frequently. My fiance and I order from here a lot and it's almost always wrong.
I just hope the workers here start paying more attention to the orders that come in and double check they are prepared properly. This could really be an issue for someone who has a good allergy and needs something omitted or seperated.
Again, the pizza always tastes great when it's made right but you really need to check it before you leave with your order or when the dilivery comes. I will continue to order from here. I just hope the workers start paying more...

When I first moved here summer 2015, I got a "welcome to the neighborhood" coupon to get a free medium sized pizza. I called in and they told me they don't have free delivery because it's a coupon. Ok, fine, so I told them I will come pick up. When I arrived to pick up the pizza 20 minutes later, the manager(who's kinda tall, not too wide, and young looking) told me that somebody with the same name as mine( I have a very unique chinese name) picked up the pizza, and all the employees started laughing. I know some people in NYC are rude and don't look as friendly, but they had never made fun of my name. The employee here kinda made my stomach sick, and I just can't get the "race" thing out of my mind. The good thing is I kept my cool and got my free pizza after waited for about 15 min, yay. After this somewhat racist encounter of my favorite pizza chain(at least in New York), I never walked in to any Domino's Pizza again. Looking past this, I love this town, and have met a lot of friendly, kind, and educated...
Read moreMy son loves pizza but is not a fan of cheese. Dominos Matawan will often call me to verify I entered everything correctly, as this order is unusual. This week, I placed an order for pickup and did not check the order before bringing it home. Once home, my son realized it was made with cheese, so I called the store to let them know there was an error with my order. The manager was very apologetic and offered to not only remake the pizza correctly, but also included a complimentary dessert and free delivery. I was so impressed with the professionalism and promptness. I had my son bring out a tip to the driver when he arrived and they refused the tip and said it was their error and again apologized for the mixup (I believe it was the manager). Total class act!! I hope this employee is recognized for his exceptional service!...
