There is absolutely no way to contact this store if they mess up your order, and that is beyond frustrating. Don’t get me wrong—the food itself is great, but the complete lack of communication is a dealbreaker. I ordered street corn with my meal, and guess what? Never received it. Mistakes happen, I get that, but what really pushes me over the edge is having no way to resolve the issue.

I tried messaging through the platform. No response. I sent an email. Silence. That’s it—those are your only options, and both of them go straight into a black hole. It blows my mind that a business in 2025 thinks it’s okay to operate with zero customer service support. If you want to get with the times, you don’t cut out the only reliable way customers can get help. You add a phone number. You add a real person who can fix the problem when you mess up someone’s order.

Because right now, what happens is this: you spend your hard-earned money, something is missing from your meal, and you just have to eat the loss. And honestly, it’s insulting. Great food can only take you so far—if customers feel ignored, they stop coming back. It’s not rocket science. I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get the food I paid for, or worse, just accept that I’ll never see it.

So here’s my rant: if you mess up, own up to it. Give people a way to actually reach you. Add a phone number. Add something. Because running a business where you take people’s money and then ignore them when something goes wrong is not just outdated—it’s downright...

Love this place! Especially even more because I had an issue with door dash saying they delivered my food but it was to the wrong address. Door dash said they would reach out to the business on my behalf but then sent me an email stating they could not reach the business and I would have to get a refund on my own. I had left poor feedback and within 30 mins I received a call from one of the owners, Mike, who was sympathetic to my frustrations and went above and beyond by taking my address and delivering it himself. Not only did he bring me my food, he added a free dessert and gave us a gift card because he saw we are avid customers. This is one of my favorite local spots. It’s beautiful inside and the staff is so nice. Always greeting you and they learn who their repeat customers are. The food is absolutely delicious, my fiancé is a big fan of their quesadilla (steak and cheese) while I’m more bold and enjoy their peanut bacon taco. I also love their grill chicken bowls and salad. I really wish I had come here sooner. The food is so fresh the quality is top notch and delicious. For a very fair price. Staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. The best part you can see straight into an immaculate kitchen with again smiling people. Today That’s priceless. The guacamole was delicious and the chips in the nachos did not wilt with shredded flavored chicken, queso, and salsa very impressive. Nacho portion was huge such a value. As were the steak nachos plenty of steak and all the fixings. The only small thing the reason why I didn’t get a five star for the food. I felt the food could’ve been a little hotter, temperature wise. I will say I was there at 11 AM and they had just opened but would’ve been willing to wait longer for the food had been just slightly hotter. Overall I will be back.
